The Clinical Operations Manager role is pivotal for the Medical Affairs department. The Department runs Moleac’s international drug development programs with two focus areas: extension of indications for our main marketed product and conduct of clinical studies aiming at the regulatory approval of our new products in major markets. Our products address the needs of patients’ recovery from a loss of brain functions after a brain injury (Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury) as well as addressing the need of patients with cognitive deficits. • Project Delivery: Accountability for delivering clinical trials on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm; Sat, 8am – 12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $7,000 - $8,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations across 8 restaurants.
• Lead and guide outlet operations to meet agreed targets and support ongoing improvements.
• Support business growth, including planning and setting up new outlets in Singapore or nearby countries.
• Implement cost control and cost-saving measures.
• Plan staffing needs, including recruitment, training, staff development, motivation, deployment, reassignment, and handling workplace issues to ensure effective use of manpower.
• Carry out other duties or projects assigned by the Director.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, preferably managing multiple outlets (e.g., casual dining or hotpot).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Proficient in English; ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders for work purposes is an advantage.
• Able to work on Saturdays.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Experience in the Chinese cuisine industry or similar culinary environments will be an advantage.
