Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in systems, network infrastructure or security infrastructure roles.

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and industry-standard IT protocols.

• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.

• Strong experience with Next-Generation Firewalls, VPN, switching/routing, load balancers and proxies.

• Experience in Windows Server domain environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP and SCCM.

• Good understanding of system and network security, including hardening, patching, capacity planning and design.

• Handle regular preventive maintenance on the SD-WAN Platform Operations.

The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2/L3) –Network / Security is a developing or seasoned engineering role,responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their ITinfrastructure and systems remain operational.
