As Full-stack Engineer, you will be to join our fast-paced, customer-centric Experience Development Team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Code in a full-stack arena using – React, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, Java with Spring Boot / Kotlin.
• Develop in micro frontend SPA architecture.
• Experience in designing and developing connecting backends with frontend using experience designing and architecting integrations..
• Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into technical ones with very strong communication skills.
• Guide Junior fellows and help them develop their skills and qualities

• Total experience of Min. 8+yrs as an IT Developer with at least 7 +yrs as Full stack developer.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience developing front-end apps in JavaScript, Next.js, ReactJS, Node.js, Java
• Strong knowledge of micro-frontend architecture
• Exposure to AI-driven tools and platforms
• Experience with BFF Design patterns
• Must have Cloud technology experience
• Strong knowledge of Spring or other similar inversion of control frameworks
• Experience working in retail and/or E-commerce companies
• Experience working with API Gateway configuration
• Experience working with CICD/Jenkins pipelines configuration
• Experience working with Kubernetes
• A creative and precise problem solver
• Passionately worked on and driven large scale projects to completion
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

• Responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of digital Business Process Management platform.

• Gather requirements from customer, perform technical impact analysis and estimate effort for development.

• Develop and/or modify the applications according to the requirements, conduct peer source code review if necessary

• Perform unit test, support system integration test and user acceptance test

• Prepare release procedure and support production implementation

• Update user manual, system operational manual and other necessary deliverables.

• Troubleshoot issues and problems, provide workarounds where necessary. Perform root cause analysis and come up with preventive measures.

• Review offshore’ s deliverables like FSD, TSD to ensure the design is with quality and follow platform standards.

• Perform code review to detect potential coding problems.

• Review Release procedure and support system release activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent fields.

• Solid experience in software development using Java and SQL.

• Any relevant certifications on Java or Azure development.

• Experience in working with outsource development.

• Experience in working in a complex matrix organization.

• Good knowledge in SDLC methodologies (waterfall).

• Good presentation, communication and coordination skills.

• Can contribute individually and collaborate well in a team.

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership and respond with speed and flexibility.

• You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects related to reconciliations and is expected to support the Application Delivery Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project.
• Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT.
• You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.
