• Experience in mobile development using Flutter or React Native
• Exposure to cloud platforms and/or AWS certifications
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript

We are looking for a Junior Application Support Engineer to support AV and collaboration systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for AV and meeting room systems
• Perform basic troubleshooting for Cisco/Webex meeting room equipment
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration tools
• Assist with O365 administration, including SharePoint creation, user administration, and mailbox management
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues when required
• Provide administrative and operational support for meeting room technologies
• Support after-office-hours issues when necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders (when required)
• Basic knowledge of Cisco Webex
• Familiarity with Cisco meeting room equipment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, user, and mailbox administration)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Basic troubleshooting and administrative skills
• Knowledge of NICE compliance recording is an advantage
• Willingness to learn

Candidates are not required to have all the listed skills. Training and guidance will be provided.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• May be required to work after office hours for urgent issues

It is included but not limited to:

• Code Execution: Write clean, testable code using .NET and C#.
• Web Development: Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET and Angular (TypeScript).
• Testing: Assist in testing and debugging .NET applications to ensure functionality.
• Maintenance: Help refactor code and upgrade existing programs under supervision.
• Deployment: Assist in deploying fully functional applications to production environments.
• Documentation: Document development tasks and operational procedures clearly.
