Job Descriptions:

• Perform laser unit installation and alignment on laser depaneling machines.

• Configure depaneling machines according to internal specifications and customer requirements, including camera calibration, field calibration, and software debugging.

• Conduct health checks on incoming laser units and coordinate with vendors to resolve defects or delivery issues.

• Maintain records of laser parts and optical components installed on machines.

• Support laser processing experiments and studies as needed, including laser cutting trials and measurements of processed samples.

• Troubleshoot laser-related issues on deployed depaneling machines once proficient.

• Provide customer training, demonstrations, and guidance on process parameters and machine operations once proficient.

• Collaborate with internal design teams and external vendors to develop solutions for unique customer applications once proficient.

• May require up to 5% overseas travel.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

• Strong interest and hands-on experience with machines.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with proven experience in the automation industry and working with automation machines.

• Strong knowledge of laser machines; experience in optics and laser systems is highly advantageous.

• Possession of a laser license.

• Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions independently.
