TIBCO Developer – Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled TIBCO Developer to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise integration, messaging systems, and API development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO (BW, EMS, BusinessWorks, etc.)

• Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and services

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements

• Perform system integration, testing, and deployment

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner

• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security of integration solutions

• Maintain technical documentation and integration workflows

• Support upgrades, enhancements, and migration of TIBCO platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in TIBCO development

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6)

  • TIBCO EMS

  • TIBCO Administrator

• Knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs

• Experience with middleware and integration architecture

• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

• Experience with TIBCO Cloud Integration

• Knowledge of Microservices architecture

• Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

• Experience in banking/financial services domain

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team
