Key Responsibilities

Tanggungjawab Utama

Requirements :

• Candidate possess at least Degree in Computer Science or similar field.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and mature Compliance Executive to support the Company’s compliance, contractual, and employee-related matters across Malaysia and Dubai operations.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) EXECUTIVE 

Job Role Summary:-

Responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of KTSB IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, security, and compliance. Supports 24-hour terminal operations through hands-on IT services, infrastructure management, vendor coordination, and operational governance.

Expected Level of Proficiency:-

Minimum Qualification/Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics or a related field or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking or equivalent.

 Experience

At least 5 years’ experience in ICT for degree holder or 10–12 years relevant IT experience for diploma holder, preferably in terminal, industrial, or oil & gas environments.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

•          IT operations, servers, networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity controls

•          Incident, problem, change management (MOC)

•          Root Cause Analysis / Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCA / RCFA)

• Melaksanakan kawalan keselamatan IT, pengurusan akses dan pematuhan dengan dasar IT syarikat.
• Mengurus audit IT dalaman dan luaran, termasuk audit pensijilan ISO dan penjejakan tindakan pembetulan.
• Melaksanakan pentadbiran perolehan IT termasuk pengumpulan PR, penyelarasan PO, pengesahan invois dan perhubungan Kewangan.
• Mengurus dan mengambil bahagian dalam proses Pengurusan Perubahan (MOC) untuk sistem dan infrastruktur IT.
• Menjalankan atau menyokong RCA/RCFA untuk insiden IT dan kegagalan sistem.
• Menyelaras vendor dan penyedia perkhidmatan IT yang disumber luar.
• Mengekalkan dokumentasi IT, daftar aset, garis dasar konfigurasi dan rekod pelesenan
• Menyokong projek IT, naik taraf, migrasi sistem dan penambahbaikan infrastruktur.
• Memastikan pematuhan dengan keperluan HSE semasa semua aktiviti IT

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Assist customers with booking and tracking cargo shipments
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of cargo
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
