The Advanced Technology Site Director (SATC) is accountable for leading the site’s research and development of next‑generation power conversion technologies that will be introduced into Flex products over the next 4–6 years. What a typical day looks like:

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 10–15+ years of experience in power electronics, with strong background in high‑power conversion design, advanced research, innovation, and patent generation.
  Experience with data center infrastructure products (power shelves, racks, BBU, energy storage, SST) is a plus.

• Deep technical expertise in power supply architectures and topologies, such as Totem‑Pole PFC, Vienna PFC, T‑NPC, ANPC, Flyback, LLC, CLLC, DAB, and related high‑power designs.

Key Responsibilities：
