主要職責：

• 監督並領導第一線遊戲廳員工團隊。
• 制定和規劃員工值班表，並管理日常人力安排。
• 監督員工出勤率和工作表現，並在需要時提供指導和支援。
• 確保插座始終保持清潔、安全、運作順暢。
• 確保門市日常運作順暢，並提供優質的客戶服務。
• 專業地處理客戶的諮詢、回饋和投訴。
• 確保遊戲機、遊戲和設施維護良好且運作正常。
• 負責現金處理、每日銷售結算和基本庫存控制。
• 支援門市促銷、活動和行銷活動。
• 確保遵守公司標準作業規程和商場規定。

要求：

• 最低學歷要求為SPM（馬來西亞教育文憑），最好持有文憑。
• 至少2年零售、娛樂、餐飲或顧客服務營運的管理經驗。
• 具備領導小型第一線員工團隊的經驗。
• 良好的溝通能力和客戶服務技巧。
• 責任心強，動手能力強，能獨立工作。
• 願意輪班工作，包括週末和假日。

監督現場活動

• 監督日常施工活動。

• 確保工人遵守專案計畫和規範。

管理工人及分包商

• 向工人及分包商分配任務。

• 確保適當的勞動力協調和生產力。

確保安全合規

• 執行安全規章和場地規則。

• 進行安全簡報和檢查。

品質管制

• 檢查工藝和材料

• 確保施工符合所需標準和圖面要求

監測進度

• 追蹤專案進度和截止日期

• 向專案經理報告每日或每週的最新進展

物料和設備管理

• 確保在需要時材料充足

• 監督工具和機械的正確使用。

問題解決

• 解決現場問題，例如延誤、設計衝突或勞動力問題

文件

• 維護現場記錄、考勤記錄、工作報告和事故日誌

要求：

• 至少2-3年現場管理經驗
• 有管道施工經驗者優先考慮
• 能夠獨立工作並管理工地進度
