· Responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing project construction activities to successfully meet project specifications and schedules as Contractor’s principal representative to Owner at the jobsite.

· Forms preliminary construction plans including organization, staffing, and administration, subject to review by the Project Manager.

Minimum Competence Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in LNG & oil/gas projects, with significant exposure to EPC projects.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of project risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills to manage engineering teams effectively.
• Experience in working with multinational teams and understanding of international project standards.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, API, ISO for LNG and oil/gas projects
