Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction site management
• Proven experience managing Singapore projects involving high-rise, mixed-development, or civil works
• BCA certification such as SCAL’s Construction Superintendent or PMP certification
• MOM Safety Supervisor certification (advantageous but not mandatory)

Job Description

Cost Management
