RESPONSIBILITIES

• Portfolio Construction & Implementation: Develop and implement portfolio construction strategies and techniques for the Endowment to achieve long-term return objectives. Use quantitative models, optimisation tools and advanced analytics to enhance portfolio construction and asset allocation processes.

• Performance Monitoring & Risk Analysis: Analyze investment results, benchmark performance, and design methodologies for reporting and comparison. Provide market monitoring and risk analysis across asset classes.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance or Economics) with at least 10 years' experience in asset allocation, managing and assessing global multi-asset portfolios and investment strategies.
• A Master's degree would be preferred.
• CFA/CAIA certification would be advantageous.

• Assign tasks and manage manpower planning for site workers to optimize productivity
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents to guide site activities
• Apply site safety standards and enforce safety measures to maintain a safe working environment
• Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Adapt to extended working hours and onsite conditions as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience of 10 years in construction site supervision or site management
• Relevant certificates such as BCSS or Supervise Construction Work for WSH are advantageous
