The Facility Engineer is responsible for maintaining and optimizing all the physical infrastructure systems within the data center, including power, cooling, HVAC, backup systems, and building management. 6. 合規性和安全性

• 確保所有系統符合相關的健康、安全和環境法規（例如 OSHA、EPA），並維持 ISO 9001、ISO 27001 或其他行業標準等認證。
• 保持資料中心設施處於安全狀態，對員工和訪客實施安全規程和程序。
• 進行安全演練、審核和檢查，以確保符合內部安全政策和外部監管要求。
• 確保所有緊急系統（例如，滅火系統、緊急照明系統、疏散通道）完全正常運作。

7. 能源效率和永續性

• 監控能源使用情況，探索提高能源效率和降低營運成本的機會，同時保持可靠性。
• 建議並實施能夠提高能源效率和減少碳足跡的系統升級或改進措施（例如，優化暖通空調運行，提高照明效率）。

8. 供應商管理與協調

• 與外部各方協調，對建築物系統（例如電氣、暖通空調、消防系統）進行重大維修或升級。

9. 文件記錄和報告

• 詳細記錄所有維護活動、檢查、維修和事故。
• 產生並分析系統性能、能源使用、維護活動和運作指標的報告，供管理階層審查。
• 準備並提交有關設施狀況的報告，包括能源效率、正常運作時間和計畫維護活動。

10. 容量規劃與基礎建設設計

• 與 IT 和營運團隊協作，規劃未來的容量需求和基礎設施升級。
• 協助設計和實施系統擴展或新安裝，以適應資料中心營運的成長（例如，額外的電力需求、冷卻系統等）。

TANGGUNGJAWAB:

• Merancang, melaksanakan dan mengurus sistem kesihatan dan keselamatan bagi memastikan pematuhan dengan peraturan dan prosedur berkanun dan syarikat.
• Bekerjasama rapat dengan semua ketua jabatan untuk memberikan input berkaitan keselamatan, kesihatan dan alam sekitar.
• Menjalankan taklimat/latihan keselamatan untuk semua pekerja baharu, kontraktor, vendor & sebagainya.
• Berhubung dengan pihak berkuasa kerajaan yang berkaitan dan selesaikan isu-isu keselamatan yang timbul dari tapak tersebut.
• Menjalankan mesyuarat dan audit keselamatan secara berkala bagi memastikan pematuhan dengan keperluan HSE.
• Untuk membantu semasa audit dan pemeriksaan serta menyelenggara semua dokumentasi dan rekod.
• Untuk mengenal pasti potensi risiko di tapak pembinaan dan sentiasa memantau prestasi keselamatan & kesihatan di bawah peraturan OSHA.
• Bertanggungjawab untuk merekod dan melaporkan sebarang pelan keselamatan dan pencegahan kerugian, prosedur keselamatan dan laporan kemalangan.
• Menilai dan menganalisis sebarang keadaan berbahaya dan mengesyorkan tindakan pemulihan dan pencegahan.
• Menguatkuasakan pelaksanaan Peralatan Pelindung Diri (PPE) di tapak kerja.
• Untuk menjalankan mesyuarat kotak peralatan.

Kelayakan:

• Calon mesti mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah/Diploma dalam Keselamatan dan Kesihatan atau kelayakan yang berkaitan
• Mempunyai Lesen Kecekapan Penyelia Keselamatan Tapak (SSS) yang sah dan berdaftar dengan DOSH/JKKP (Buku Kuning)
• Bahasa yang diperlukan: Bahasa Malaysia, Inggeris, Mandarin
