• Coordinate with certification authorities regarding audit arrangements and manage the logistics of sample collection and testing.
• Oversee internal and external corrective action reports (CAR).
• Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to achieve and maintain ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, DPTM, etc.).
• Address all audit requests from businesses and coordinate necessary resources.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional ISO Compliance Manager or Head of Management Information Systems.

Requirements:

• Relevant certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and PDPA are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with prior involvement in internal audits and ISO implementation.
• Experience in the IT sector is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in managing cross-departmental communication.

Our Regulatory Compliance Advisory team services MAS-regulated financial institutions, the majority of whom are Capital Market Services License holders for fund management activities.  

Responsibilities

Reporting to the team lead, you will take responsibility in fulfilling our clients’ needs on full spectrum of regulatory compliance advisory work in relation to ongoing compliance monitoring, including but not limited to:   

• Set up the compliance function for clients who have successfully applied for MAS license, including design of compliance manual and monitoring program tailored to the client’s business circumstances  
• Advise clients on ongoing regulatory compliance requirements and be responsible for clients’ requests for advice and assistance on regulatory compliance related matters  
• Conduct work on regulatory compliance review based on MAS’ regulatory requirements  
• Execute ad-hoc projects which affect our clients/ industry (including study of changes to tax incentives, new legal vehicles for investment vehicles, technology adoption for regulatory compliance etc.)  
• Produce write-ups on regulatory updates which affects our clients 
• Prepare regulatory reporting based on MAS’ risk-based capital requirements

Requirements

• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, internal/ external audit or legal functions in the financial services industry (for Senior Associate).  
• Fresh graduate or candidate with less experience will also be considered for Associate role. 
• Candidate with broad knowledge of the Securities and Futures Act and MAS Notices and Guidelines for Singapore fund management companies preferred  
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, senior management, team lead and associates

The Accountant / Senior Accountant supports the Accounting and Finance Manager in managing tax compliance, internal controls, financial operations and reporting. This role ensures timely and accurate financial closings, and compliance while providing guidance to cross-functional teams and SAP users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Taxation & Statutory Filings

• Manage corporate tax computations, annual filings, and related documentation.
• Manage GST filing processes, including reconciliation and submission.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of withholding tax transactions and remittances.
• Handle property tax assessments, payments, and ledger reconciliations.
• Manage deferred tax accounting, including calculations and monthly/annual postings.

2. Compliance, Audit & Internal Controls

• Lead and coordinate J-SOX compliance, including documentation, testing, internal control evaluation, and remediation actions.
• Lead internal audit processes, ensuring all schedules, data, and responses are prepared accurately and timely.
• Support the Accounting and Finance Manager to monitor and strengthen internal control frameworks across finance functions.
  

3. Asset & Lease Management

• Manage lease and sublease asset accounting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee fixed assets capitalization and disposal processes, including asset register updates.
• Manage Asset Retirement Obligation (ARO) calculations and related entries.
• Monitor spare parts movement and ensure correct accounting treatment.

4. Budgeting, Reporting & Analysis

• Support the preparation of budget, including forecasting, analysis, and management reporting.
• Perform monthly income recognition and deferred tax postings.
• Prepare accurate quarterly reporting to corporate stakeholders.
• Contribute to monthly closing activities and financial analysis.

5. SAP Controlling & User Support

• Provide support to SAP controlling module users, including troubleshooting and guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a multinational environment or Big 4 professional services firms. For Senior Accountant position, minimum 8 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.
• Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
