Quality Assurance and Control 

• Assist the Project Engineer in implementing quality control measures and ensuring that all work is performed according to established standards. 

• Conduct site inspections and tests to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards. 

• Assist in managing the testing and commissioning process and ensure proper documentation of test results and customer acceptance. 

Site Closure and Handover

• Participate in the Project Closure Meeting to review lessons learned and identify areas for improvement in future projects.

Job Summary

Manage inbound and outbound calls to handle appointment bookings, enquiries, and customer issues while supporting salon operations and promoting services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to book appointments, respond to enquiries, manage cancellations, and conduct follow-ups professionally
• Update client records, preferences, and service history accurately using the salon booking/CRM system
• Provide clear product and service information to customers and recommend add-ons and promotions to increase sales
• Resolve customer complaints empathetically and follow up promptly; escalate issues to management when necessary
• Coordinate with salon receptionists and technicians to ensure smooth appointment flow and timely service delivery
• Process payments and refunds and assist with basic POS operations as needed
• Monitor and report daily call volumes, missed calls, booking trends, and customer feedback to support operational improvements
• Maintain and update phone scripts, FAQs, and standard operating procedures; suggest service improvements

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong customer service skills demonstrated by courteous phone manner, active listening, empathy, patience, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in using booking/CRM systems, MS Office, and basic POS operations with the ability to quickly learn new software
• Ability to upsell services and meet sales-related KPIs such as conversion rates, customer retention, and average spend
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma, A-levels, or equivalent education; relevant coursework in hospitality, retail, or beauty industry preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or front-desk roles; salon or F&B experience is an advantage
• Skills in multi-site coordination, time management, accurate data entry, teamwork, and problem-solving
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Mandarin or other local languages (Malay/Tamil) is a plus for customer communication
