工作時間：

輪班制

• 工作時間：週一至週五，上午10:00至下午7:00
• 週六、週日：下午 1:00 – 晚上 9:00。
• 工作日休息兩天（輪班制）。

要求：

• 最低學歷要求為SPM或以上。
• 具備良好的客戶服務意識和為客戶服務的熱情。
• 較強的人際溝通和溝通能力。
• 能夠自信地與各層級的客戶溝通。
• 必須能夠有效地理解、說、讀、寫馬來語。
• 具備電腦操作能力，能夠有效率地操作電腦系統。
• 態度積極，自我激勵，樂於學習。

機電實習工程師設計

• 負責使用 AutoCAD 軟體進行工程設計。
• 與工程團隊協作，滿足客戶需求。
• 負責在特殊情況下進行測量。
• 向專案工程師/專案經理/總經理提供有關暖通空調設計的必要資訊。
• 確保及時提供設計方案。
• 進行分析和測試，以確保設計符合規範。
• 參與設計評審並根據需要提供技術支援。
• 執行上級不時指示的其他相關工作。
• 負責與專案經理/專案主管合作，準備完整的投標書。
• 請確保按時提交完整的投標書。

機電工程實習生成本會計管理

• 根據客戶要求建立準確且有競爭力的報價，並與專案工程師 (PE) 聯絡，以確保滿足客戶需求。
• 定期查看並及時回覆客戶郵件，保持專業的溝通。
• 務必按時將所有報價發送給客戶。
• 及時向客戶提供最新的公關報價。
• 準備並彙總部門所需的每月報告。
• 維護一份最新的待處理客戶採購訂單 (PO) 清單。
• 負責支付專案或工程所需的CIDB稅費和合約印花稅。
• 根據上級指示，不時承擔其他相關工作。
• 一般行政工作包括文件歸檔、打字、檢查和協調合約/保函的蓋章。

QS實習生

• 協助編制專案成本估算和預算。
• 協助編制和評估招標文件。
• 進行現場考察，以監督進度並測量數量。
• 與團隊合作完成各項品質保證任務。

人力資源及行政實習生

• 協助招募和入職流程。
• 支持員工敬業度和發展計畫。
• 協助維護員工記錄和人力資源資料庫。
• 與人力資源團隊合作完成各種專案和任務。

• 目前就讀於大學，攻讀工程造價、機電工程、工程、商業、金融或相關專業學位的學生
• 較強的分析與解決問題的能力

• 能夠謹慎處理機密資訊。
