Job Description & Requirements:

• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents by using BIM Modelling, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Work with the Project Team on instructions, pre-established guidelines, and comments, visualising and positioning them onto drawings accurately.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Team to coordinate, organise, and prepare documentation and drawings.
• Plan all drawing requests to meet project submission deadlines.
• Work in accordance with project scope and schedule.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback and comments from the Project Team.
• Maintain and organise all project drawings and documentation, including tender, shop, and as-built drawings, ensuring proper version control.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or a related field.
• BIM or Revit Certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting or BIM modelling experience, preferably in plumbing & sanitary systems or M&E construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and BIM software.
• Strong understanding of plumbing & sanitary design concepts and technical detailing.
• Ability to interpret and translate technical specifications into clear, coordinated drawings.

Job Description & Requirements:

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals and progress.
• Attend site walks and meetings; resolve issues promptly with all stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, align with main contractor’s master schedule, and handle delays.
• Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Ensure Engineers and Supervisors follow the latest approved drawings.
• Oversee and manage all project drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and proper implementation.
• Handle contract documents like Extension of Time (EOT), Variation Orders (VO), and claims.
• Prepare and submit site progress claims; verify subcontractors’ claims for accuracy.
• Enforce safety rules and PPE requirements with site safety officers.
• Report to the Project Director and follow instructions for smooth project delivery.
• Maintain project records and provide regular progress and risk updates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing plumbing & sanitary construction projects.
• Possessing a valid Plumber License is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with PUB’s codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience with BIM Revit and Autodesk software is preferred.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license preferred.

Job Description:

• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and work quality standards.
• Supervise and inspect ongoing works for quality, progress, and worker performance.
• Prepare isometric drawings and material take-offs (MTO) prior to project commencement.
• Plan and control material orders, track deliveries, and monitor material usage to prevent wastage.
• Coordinate works in accordance with Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and work schedules.
• Brief workers on installation methods, safety rules, and PPE requirements before commencement of work.
• Attend site inspections.
• Report daily site progress, challenges, and technical issues directly to the Project Manager.
• Follow instructions and project directives as issued by the Project Manager to meet timeline and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

Job Description & Requirements:

• Assist Project Engineers in supervising and coordinating site works related to plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule and standards.
• Carry out site inspections to ensure workmanship and installation meet quality expectations.
• Support in preparing material take-offs and coordinating with the store personnel for material issuance.
• Ensure proper usage, storage, and handling of materials and tools to reduce waste.
• Relay and implement work instructions issued by Project Engineers and Project Managers.
• Brief workers on daily work tasks, safety procedures, and ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ensure that all workers comply with safety rules and site regulations at all times.
• Prepare basic daily work reports and submit progress updates to the Project Engineer.
• Assist in resolving site-level coordination or manpower issues as instructed.

Qualifications:

• Technical or vocational certificate/diploma in Mechanical, Building Services, Plumbing, or a related field.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Qualifications:
