Residential Fault Resolution 

• Diagnose and resolve fibre, broadband, and Wi-Fi issues at customer premises 

• Identify and fix problems related to ONT, routers, cabling, signal loss, and network performance 

• Perform structured testing to confirm full service recovery before leaving the site 

First-Time-Right Service Delivery 

• Isolate root causes quickly and apply permanent fixes 

• Minimize repeat visits by completing proper validation and testing

Wi-Fi & Home Network Performance 

• Assess Wi-Fi coverage, speed, and stability

Customer Communication & Product Recommendation

• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose physical layer failures using tools like PON meters, OTDR, BERT, and RFC2544 testers. • Maintenance and Upgrades: Support on-site maintenance tasks, including device setup, patching, dismantling, hardware module replacements, and network migrations.  

• Availability: Be available for 24/7 on-call duties and weekend shifts based on monthly schedules. Commute to site locations as needed.  

• Mentoring: Train and guide L1 Field Engineers as required.  

• Site Maintainability: Ensure proper cable management and routing in data centers, removing terminated circuits as needed.  

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, engineers, and construction teams to support maintenance and installation projects.  

• Task Accountability: Complete assigned weekly tasks, proactively updating supervisors on progress and status.

Job Description

This role owns ViewQwest’s non-digital acquisition channels end-to-end—covering roadshows, retail, and strategic partnerships. You will drive growth by building a high-performing on-ground sales engine, expanding channel reach, and unlocking new acquisition opportunities across residential and SME segments.

You will lead retail performance, scale roadshow activations, and develop partnerships with property, corporate, and reseller networks. Beyond execution, this role is expected to define channel strategy, optimise performance, and build scalable acquisition models that deliver against aggressive growth targets.

Success in this role comes from strong commercial ownership, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate strategy into consistent on-ground results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Strategy & Performance Ownership

·         Own overall performance of non-digital acquisition channels (Roadshows, Retail, Partnerships)

·         Develop and execute channel strategy to meet acquisition, revenue, and CPA targets

·         Build scalable frameworks for cluster sales, roadshow expansion, and partner-led growth

·         Track funnel performance (leads, contact rate, conversion, cost efficiency) and drive continuous optimisation

2. Roadshows & On-Ground Activations

·         Plan, scale, and optimise roadshows across malls, new estates, condominiums, and community spaces

The Inventory Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of ViewQwest’s inventory store, ensuring timely and accurate handling of hardware and equipment. This role covers receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking network hardware and related accessories to support installation, maintenance, and deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hardware movement in the relevant tracking systems.
• Handle ad-hoc stock withdrawal requests from internal teams, ensuring proper documentation.
• Respond to inventory information requests and assist with investigations when discrepancies arise.
• Receive and inspect incoming stock deliveries from suppliers, verify quantities against delivery orders, and update systems accordingly.
• Keep inventory storage areas tidy and organised.
• Prepare daily delivery orders and coordinate with couriers for timely dispatch.
• Arrange and prepare self-collection orders for customers or field engineers.
• Prepare hardware for next-day requirements of field engineers and the infrastructure team, referring to the onsite schedule.
• Monitor stock levels and issue low-stock notifications to relevant parties.
• Process and record hardware returns, updating serial numbers and system records.
• Support periodic stock counts and reconciliation exercises.
