Overview:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, analytical and data-driven professional to join the Promotions and Outreach team at the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)Council. You will plan, execute and manage integrated marketing communications across WSH Council channels, while also supporting the promotion of national and sectoral initiatives such as the WSH Awards and engagement programmes including outreach to migrant workers. This role contributes to raising WSH awareness, promoting good WSH practices and strengthening the WSH culture in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Plan and execute integrated marketing communications across WSH Council channels (e-newsletters, social media, website, publications and events)

·       Develop and produce communications materials (digital, print, video, podcasts) in line with branding guidelines

·       Manage e-newsletter operations including content coordination, subscriber database, production and timely publication

·       Support website content planning and updates to ensure accuracy, relevance and user-friendly experience

·       Support production of in-house multimedia content (e.g. event coverage, interviews, podcasts and presentations)

·       Support promotion and execution of national and sectoral initiatives such as WSH Awards and engagement campaigns, including outreach to migrant workers

·       Assist in WSH Awards administration, communications, evaluation coordination, timeline management and award ceremony support

·       Support planning and delivery of sectoral and stakeholder events to drive awareness and participation

·       Work with internal teams, partners and vendors to deliver campaigns and programmes on time, within quality standards and budget

·       Monitor and evaluate communications and programme performance using engagement and participation metrics, and support continuous improvement of outreach effectiveness

Requirements:

·      Tertiary education in Communications, Marketing or related discipline

·      At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, campaigns, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered)

·      Experience in managing multi-channel communications (social media, website, e-newsletters, publications, events)

·      Experience in content creation and campaign execution; exposure to large-scale programmes/events (e.g. awards, national campaigns) is an advantage

·      Proficiency in design and multimedia tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

·      Experience using analytics tools to track engagement and optimise campaigns

·      Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g. generative AI for content creation and productivity)

Preferred Skills/ Background:

·      Good written and verbal communication skills

·      Strong stakeholder management, project coordination and organisational skills

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

·      Experience with government, statutory boards, industry associations or agencies

A mediator is the case manager for employment disputes under his/her care. The mediator’s role is to assess and advise employers and employees on their rights, obligations and best practices in relation to employment and industrial relation matters, so that the mediator can guide them towards an amicable resolution. The mediator will also issue legal documents such as Settlement Agreements and Claims Referral Certificates to document the conclusion of the cases.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in the Employment Act and/or other labour legislation is preferred.

As part of the Customer Experience & Services, Digital Services Planning Team, you play a crucial role in enhancing the customer journey and digital services offered by TADM. This position requires good understanding of digital tools and communication channels, user experience optimisation, developing communications strategies to reduce barriers of customers using our eServices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and user-centric experience for individuals seeking employment dispute resolution services at TADM.

Our key digital touchpoints include our 1) website and 2) integrated system that covers the end-to-end dispute resolution journey from i) chatbot to ii) claim filing and iii) e-Negotiation and/or e-Mediation.

System Management: Maintain and enhance our integrated system. This includes the iterative process of review, refinement and update of existing infrastructure and databases as well as design, testing and implementation of new developments.

Performance Monitoring: Report monthly customer satisfaction ratings and feedback. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the customer journey and digital services, making data-driven adjustments to meet performance goals.

Data Analysis and Insights: Utilise data analytics tools to observe trends and gather insights on user behaviour preferences, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. Translate data findings into actionable improvements to enhance the customer experience and optimise digital service delivery to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Digital Customer Journey Development and Migration: Contribute to the development and execution of the organisation’s digital strategy, aligning it with customer experience goals and organisational standards.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary education in Business, Information Technology or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency or experience in digital service planning, user experience, or customer journey analysis is preferred.

Job responsibilities

The Customer Experience and Service Planning Team supports the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) and the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), agencies under the Tripartite Alliance Limited (TAL). TADM and TAFEP are jointly established by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) to support employees and employers in addressing employment disputes and claims. Job Summary:

As part of the Customer Experience & Services Planning Team, you will be responsible for enhancing customer experience and service delivery through comprehensive data analysis and strategic planning. This role involves analysing data across multiple service touchpoints, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction indicators to generate actionable insights that drive continuous improvement. You will develop strategic service plans by benchmarking current delivery channels against industry best practices and identifying improvement opportunities. You also oversee end-to-end customer journeys and service standards to ensure consistent, efficient, and quality service experiences.

Role & Responsibilities:

i. Data Analytics, Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Collect, analyse and report data on operational metrics, customer satisfaction, and service performance. Develop dashboards and monitor KPIs to generate insights for continuous improvement.

ii. Service Planning and Channel Optimisation: Assess current service delivery channels and processes against industry benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities. Develop strategic service plans to enhance accessibility and effectiveness across multiple touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration and optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Business, Data Analytics or related field
