Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Recognised wine certification (e.g., WSET Level 4 Diploma, Master Sommelier, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in building and managing high-performing wine programs.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

Requirements

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution
