Role Purpose

The Business Reporting & Intelligence Manager leads global sales reporting and analytics activities to enable data-driven decision-making across the Sales & Marketing organization.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring stability, harmonization, and ongoing evolution of global sales reporting and forecasting frameworks across a complex, multi‑regional, multi‑system environment. It acts as a key integrator between Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Digital/IT functions, translating business needs into scalable analytical solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Reporting & Harmonization

• Lead the harmonization of sales and business reporting across a multi-region, multi-system landscape, including standardization of KPIs, data definitions, and governance models across global sales
• Harmonize KPIs, data definitions, and governance models across regions within an integrated ERP/CRM/reporting ecosystem.
• Ensure alignment of reporting outputs with company targets and executive management requirements.
• Provide customized reports for top management programs (booking, billing, pricing optimization).

2. Sales Reporting Systems, Architecture & Analytics Tools

• Lead the development and enhancement of sales-related reporting and analytics tools in collaboration with DTIT.
• Actively assess system interdependencies across ERP, CRM, and BI platforms to ensure robust and scalable reporting solutions.
• Prioritize and translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions, balancing speed, governance, and sustainability.
• Contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives related to sales data, analytics, and reporting automation.

3. Billing Forecast & Demand Coordination (S&OE / S&OP)

• Drive harmonization of billing forecast methodologies across global sales organizations.
• Orchestrate global S&OE and S&OP processes across Sales, Central Supply Chain, and Demand Planning, ensuring aligned forecasting assumptions and reconciling financial and operational views.
• Ensure clear ownership, robust decision‑making frameworks, and effective cross‑functional alignment to drive execution within a complex global matrix organization.

4. Advanced Business Analysis & Executive Reporting

• Deliver regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) business performance reporting at global level.
• Conduct in‑depth pricing, sales performance, and revenue analysis.
• Translate complex datasets into executive‑level insights influencing pricing decisions, commercial strategy, and revenue optimization.
• Prepare senior‑level presentations and analytical narratives for executive leadership, including the President of Sales & Marketing.

5. Cross-functional Project Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and coordinate additional sales data and analytics initiatives as identified by management.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical experts.
• Build, document, and transfer reporting and analytics capabilities to regional and local teams to ensure long‑term sustainability.

Skills & Experience 

• 8–10+ years of experience in business reporting, analytics, and sales performance management within a multinational environment.
• Proven track record in harmonizing global reporting frameworks, including KPI standardization and data governance across regions in semiconductor industry. 
• Strong understanding of S&OP / S&OE processes, with hands‑on experience coordinating across sales, supply chain, and demand planning functions in semiconductor industry. 
• Experience working with integrated ERP/CRM/BI ecosystems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Prisma/Modeln, Vision, Sales Force/ValorX, or equivalent), with solid awareness of underlying data models, data architecture, and system dependencies impacting sales reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to own, stabilize, and evolve existing global reporting and forecasting frameworks in complex organizations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, executive‑level insights supporting commercial and pricing decisions.
• Experience operating in highly matrixed, cross‑regional environments, managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Track record in driving digital transformation initiatives related to sales data, analytics, and reporting automation.
• Experience in building and transferring reporting and analytics capabilities to regional or local teams. 

Process Set-up & Optimizations
a) Lead Engineers to set-up metrology recipe of newly introduced processes or new metrology/ process equipment or tools. Evaluate the new measurement processes and make a series of measurement characterization.
b) Conduct appropriate equipment, tools and measurement qualification.
c) Study the measurement recipe robustness window vs the existing process and introduce the best fact-based measurement methodology. Provide technical support on measurement quality or process standardization for product/process industrialization.
d) Lead and drive Continuous Improvement Program.
e) Drives work methods improvement and innovation to develop new techniques and new methods on his/her technical field.

Equipment Management
a) Manage equipment failure through Statistical Process Control (SPC). Provide analysis to identify specific equipment failure mode for the maintenance team to work.
b) Perform appropriate equipment qualification after every maintenance intervention.
c) Perform FMEA on all critical process &/or machine whenever it is required.
d) Work closely with the maintenance management to ensure maximum possible up-time.
e) Setup/ Improve predictive maintenance system when it is required

Manufacturing Line Support
a) To lead & motivate a team of Engineers to provide day to day support in the manufacturing of the products.
b) Analyze production problems and determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved, and through studying past cases.
c) Define more user-friendly tools, process specifications, clear procedures & TPM. Support the OJT activities by providing proper and updated process specifications.
d) Provide technical training to both process and EES team.
e) Ensures the problem solving for complex (line stop or high risk of return lost) or unknown problems and ensure communication.
f) Identifies and evaluates crisis situations, ensures the relevant reporting and takes containment actions.

Automation, Robustness & Continuous Improvement
Work with DTIT and drive for automation solutions for robust manufacturing operation mandatory WSO controlled qualification procedures, e-Star alarm monitoring and interlock, while quality and speed are not compromised.

Documentation & Procedures
a) Ensure all processes are documented with properly written and clearly defined procedures in an electronic media.
b) Update and maintain all line specifications electronically to align with the existing working process.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Metrology Tools Type Expertise in Thin Film, Trench, Critical Dimension, XRF, FTIR, Stress and Resistivity.

• Cross Functional Support in leading team with Quality, Technology, Device, and other Module to achieve common goal in terms of quality, service and cost.

The Hook‑up Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising onsite hook‑up and commissioning activities to safely connect and integrate new facilities, systems, and equipment with existing installations. The role ensures work is executed in compliance with project specifications, HSE standards, schedule, and budget.

• Project Planning & Coordination
• Develop detailed hook‑up execution plans, work packs, and task lists based on project scope and design documents.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, and onsite operations.
• Participate in constructability reviews and risk assessments for hook‑up activities.
• Coordinating man‑power for site execution.
• 2. Engineering & Technical Support
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, layouts, cable schedules, and installation procedures.
• Provide technical clarifications to the site team and subcontractors.
• Ensure design and field changes are captured, evaluated, and approved through the Management of Change (MOC) process.
• 3. Site Execution & Supervision
• Mobilize and support onsite crews during hook‑up/de hookup and pre‑commissioning activities.
• Monitor daily progress, productivity, and work quality; propose recovery measures when required.
• Ensure correct installation, alignment, and connection of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and piping systems as per specifications.
• Liaise with offshore client representatives, marine logistics, and construction supervisors.
• 4. HSE & Compliance
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and client HSE policies.
• Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSA), tool‑box talks, and safety audits.
• Ensure hook‑up activities are carried out in line with applicable standards, codes, and project procedures.
• 5. Interface with Commissioning & Operations
• Coordinate with commissioning engineers to align hook‑up sequence with testing and start‑up requirements.
• Support preparation and closure of mechanical completion (MC) and pre‑commissioning dossiers.
• Participate in system walk‑downs and punch list clearance with client/operations teams.
• 6. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including key performance indicators and risks.
• Ensure as‑built information, red‑marked drawings, and field changes are properly documented.
• Contribute to project close‑out reports and lessons‑learned sessions.
• Prepare & raise PR/PO after collaboration with Purchaser.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, or related Engineering discipline
• Typically 3–7 years experience in project engineering, construction, hook‑up, or commissioning (offshore/onshore).
• Good verbal and written communication skills

YOUR ROLE 

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be the technical owner of the Electro‑Chemical Plating (ECP) copper process on the LAM Novellus SABRE platform. You will drive process development and sustaining activities, working closely with equipment engineering to characterize hardware, resolve complex issues, and continuously improve process robustness, yield, and overall tool performance.

• Develop, optimize, and sustain ECP Cu reinforcement / damascene fill processes on Novellus SABRE tools.
• Define and tune recipes and hardware configurations to achieve target thickness, uniformity, fill performance, and defect levels.
• Collaborate with PVD barrier/seed and integration teams to ensure strong linkage between upstream processes (Ti, TiN, CVD‑TiN, Cu seed, etc.) and downstream ECP performance.
• Perform structured hardware and process characterization, including experiments on flow, contact design, waveform, and chemistry conditions.
• Lead troubleshooting and excursion management, conduct systematic root‑cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions.

​As a Senior Wets Process Development Engineer, you will be the technical anchor for our end-to-end wet process portfolio. You will be responsible for the following:

• ​Process Architecture: Lead the design and optimization of advanced plating processes (including NiPdAu/ENEPIG), wet etching, resist stripping, and precision cleaning modules.
• ​Root Cause Analysis: Tackle complex, localized process defects—such as thickness non-uniformity or interfacial passivation—using advanced analytical tools (SEM/EDX, AFM).

We are looking for a seasoned expert who combines hands-on laboratory discipline with a deep theoretical understanding of wet bench dynamics.

• ​Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related Engineering discipline.
• ​Experience: 5 to 10 years of direct experience in semiconductor process development, with a heavy emphasis on wet station technologies.

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be the technical owner for tungsten deposition and etch‑back processes, with a primary focus on W deposition on the Novellus Altus platform. You will work closely with equipment engineers to characterize hardware, resolve complex issues, and continuously improve process stability, capability, and yield.

Responsibilities

• Develop, sustain, and optimize CVD tungsten, WALD, and tungsten etch-back processes, focusing on Pulsed Nucleation Layer (PNL) tungsten on Novellus Altus
• Drive hardware and recipe characterization on Altus systems to improve film uniformity, reduce defects, and enhance tool productivity
• Perform structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve process excursions and chronic issues

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize ASML i-Line Stepper Systems by defining and tuning process recipes including focus, exposure dose, and alignment to ensure precise photolithography outcomes
• Perform routine process monitoring and troubleshooting on ASML i-Line steppers, including tool qualification, SPC tracking, and defect analysis to maintain stable and repeatable process performance
• Analyze process and metrology data to identify improvement opportunities, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance yield, throughput, and process stability
• Assist in developing, characterizing, and optimizing photolithography, screen printing, and bonding processes within semiconductor manufacturing environments, including MEMS technology development
• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output and promptly troubleshoot issues with effective corrective actions
• Maintain detailed documentation of process parameters, experiments, and results, and prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to engineering teams
• Update process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect process changes and improvements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance to integrate photolithography, screen printing, and bonding processes seamlessly
• Participate actively in team meetings and problem-solving discussions, providing support to shift engineers and technicians as needed
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, yield, and quality, including identifying and implementing opportunities for process automation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics/Applied Physics, Materials Science, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Understanding of photolithography or bonding principles and semiconductor processes
• Knowledge of EKRA printing and bonding processes considered an advantage
• Experience with photolithography equipment such as Track (DNS/TEL), Stepper (Canon/ASML), and Aligner (EVG/SUSS)
• Hands-on experience with screen printing (EKRA) and bonding (EVG) equipment
• Knowledge of data analysis and statistical process control
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities 

1. Equipment Ownership & Uptime

• Serve as primary owner for assigned tools, such as Trymax and Axcelis tools
• Maintain and continuously improve OEE, MTBF, and MTTR targets.
• Develop and maintain equipment health monitoring and baseline control (SPC, FDC, fault codes, alarms).
• Drive daily tool performance reviews, documenting issues, actions, and recovery plans.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Plan, execute, and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) activities according to OEM recommendations and fab strategies.
• Perform complex troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, vacuum, RF, gas delivery, and software subsystems.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for chronic and high‑impact issues using structured methods (8D, Fishbone, 5‑Why, etc.).
• Coordinate and supervise vendor field service engineers (FSEs) and contractors during major interventions, upgrades, and rebuilds.

3. Process / Equipment Interaction

• Work closely with process engineering to ensure equipment performance supports CD, profile, uniformity, selectivity, and defectivity requirements.
• Analyze tool logs, SPC charts, metrology data, and wafer maps to correlate equipment conditions with yield and parametric performance.
• Support process qualifications, chamber swaps, hardware changes, and recipe releases.
• Ensure correct implementation and maintenance of chamber matching between AMAT and TEL tools.

4. Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction

• Identify and implement improvement projects to increase uptime, extend parts lifetime, and reduce operating cost.
• Optimize consumables usage and spare parts strategy (buffer stock, repair vs. replace, refurbishment plans).
• Participate in or lead CIP / Lean / Six Sigma projects for productivity and quality enhancement.
• Support capacity upgrades (chamber additions, throughput improvement, software enhancements).

5. Documentation, Procedure & Training

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides for AMAT SuperE, AMAT DPS.
• Document all events, alarms, interventions, and changes in the equipment history system (EHS/CMMS).
• Provide technical training and coaching to equipment technicians, junior engineers, and shift personnel.
• Ensure compliance with change management process for hardware, software, and recipe modifications.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all activities follow EHS regulations, company safety rules, and cleanroom protocols.
• Conduct and support risk assessments, LOTO procedures, and safety audits for gas, chemical, RF, and high‑voltage systems.
• Support compliance with ISO/Automotive/Quality Management Systems as applicable.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years of relevant work experience in Semiconductor Etch area, familiar with Etch Equipment (Trymax, Axcelis)
• Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details
• High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D methodologies.

YOUR ROLE 

• Meet the lab requirements in terms of Quality System (IATF-16949 and ISO-17025), WHS- RA (Workplace, Health & Safety – Risk Assessment), Ecology, Security (Environment & Cybersecurity) and 5S.
• Manage the laboratory equipment using TPMC and LabSys (Troubleshooting,  Buy-off, TPM scheduling, Maju/Lean Program, PM reports, Supplier/ GPO liaising, PR/PO management, etc.)
• Manage and improve Lab Equipment Failure history, uptime and downtime
• Manage new tool introduction into the Lab which includes layout, etc.
• Ensure implementation of Lab Support procedures, tools usage control and sustain an effective quality system in place. 
• Develop new methodologies/improvement through Lean concept / Engineering. 
• Effective communication on technical details through reports and presentations to engineers, managers and customers.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical / Microelectronics / Material / Chemical/Mechatronics Engineering 
• Minimum 3-5 years relevance experience will be preferred.

Job Description

• This is a Planning role within the Outsourcing Subcontractor (Assy and Test) Management organization.
• Reporting to the Capacity Planning Manager, you will oversee the booking of ST capacity needs with our outsourcing subcontractors (OSAT).
• You will need to understand the outsourcing capacity available for your assigned portfolio against Demand Forecast (S&OP) plan. You will manage allocations between the various external plants and align the plan with the dynamic evolution of the demand.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly S&OP exercise with OSATs for your assigned product portfolio, book capacity and material requirements with Subcontractors
• Drive and coordinate the Control Tower reviews with groups (Demand & Availability Alignment calls)
• Review capacity saturation at OSAT for the assigned portfolio, provide spending projection based on your analysis.
• Drive OSAT to support missing capacity and/or material shortage
• Collaborate with Regional Operation Teams to synchronize Demand with Daily Execution
• Work with Technical and quality teams for new equipment ramps
• Gather Market intelligence in term of capacity availability
• Maintain collaborative relationship with OSAT while driving their KPI to meet ST targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with equivalent experience in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor industry preferred
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, experience with PowerBI and large-scale data analysis
