Role Overview 

This role supports Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities, including monitoring, investigation, threat hunting, and incident response. The resource operates as a second line of defence, translating alerts into actionable findings and improving detection capability. 

Core Responsibilities 

• Perform L2 triage and investigation of security alerts across SIEM, EDR/XDR, email, identity, network, and cloud platforms 
• Correlate events to identify root cause, scope, and impact of security incidents 
• Investigate phishing, malware, account compromise, and unauthorised access cases 
• Conduct proactive threat hunting using threat intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK 
• Support containment, remediation, and recovery activities 
• Contribute to SOC improvements (playbooks, detection tuning, onboarding of new tools) 

Core Requirements 

• Degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field 
• At least 3 years of experience in SOC operations or incident response (L2 preferred) 
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud or identity security tools 
• Strong understanding of attack chains, MITRE ATT&CK, and threat analysis 
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in incident investigation or threat hunting 
• Ability to operate independently in a SOC environment 

Red Alpha Cybersecurity is hiring Full Stack Infra Engineer who are eager to design, implement, and maintain robust and secure infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments. You’ll be involved in both project-based work and the daily operations of mission-critical systems, with opportunities to grow into advanced roles across networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall systems
• Configure and deploy network appliances, routers, switches, and load balancers (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet)
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation across network layers
• Troubleshoot network performance issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Work closely with clients and teams to generate system specs and present architecture solutions
• Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure setup and upgrades (on-prem and virtualised)
• Manage and maintain Windows, Unix/Linux servers, virtual machines, and databases (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle)
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond promptly to system alerts and issues
• Support operational systems to meet SLA requirements

What You Should Know or Be Eager to Learn

Preferred Technical Skills (not mandatory)

• CCNA certification is required; CCNP is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux/Unix OS, and VM environments
• Basic database knowledge (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle)
• Hands-on experience with networking devices (e.g. Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, VPNs)
• Understanding of system hardening, patching, and ITIL-based operations

Our client is looking for a Level 2 SOC Analyst to join our Security Operations Center and support 24x7 cybersecurity monitoring and incident response operations. This role involves investigating security alerts, analyzing threats, and working closely with clients to support incident response and security operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Monitor and investigate security alerts in a 24x7 SOC environment (shift duty may be required). 
• Analyze and triage security incidents using SIEM platforms such as LogRhythm. 
• Monitor and investigate alerts from Microsoft 365 security tools, including Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel. 
• Manage and track incidents using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. 
• Provide Level 2 investigation and escalation support for security incidents. 
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, recommendations, and incident support. 

Requirements 

• Experience working in a SOC, cybersecurity operations, or security consultancy role.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End HR Operation

• Manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding.

• Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Serve as a key point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, company culture programs, and internal events.

HR Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare, complete, and submit the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Labor Market Survey and other statutory HR surveys accurately and within stipulated deadlines.

• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience.

• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR operations or generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organization.
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
