Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships by proactively anticipating customer needs.
• Identify and resolve potential blockers to ensure continuous use of Radius products.
• Monitor and analyse customer product usage to forecast and track sales metrics.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
• Generate referrals from existing customers to expand the client base.
• Reduce customer attrition by engaging and negotiating with customers considering account closure.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements align with company objectives.
• Provide cross-departmental support on an ad-hoc basis.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly in line with target service levels.
• Resolve customer issues through effective escalation management and follow-up.
• Track and manage emails related to performance reviews.
• Support report generation, data gathering, and data cleansing activities as required.
• Maintain an average talk time of approximately 2.5 hours per day.

Leadership & Customer Service Oversight Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor Customer Service Representatives to achieve service level agreements (SLAs), effectively manage customer enquiries, and deliver a high standard of customer support.
• Support the resolution of complex customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Optimise Salesforce utilisation and configuration to improve ticket management, customer profile maintenance, workflow efficiency, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Credit, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
• Monitor customer service performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Promote best practices across customer service and account management functions to support business objectives and customer retention.

   

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Debt Recovery Officer to join our growing team.

The Debt Recovery Officer is responsible for managing overdue customer accounts and recovering outstanding payments through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-up activities. The role involves coordinating with customers, legal representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely collections while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and written notices regarding overdue accounts.
• Follow up consistently on outstanding debts to ensure timely payment collection.
• Negotiate repayment plans, settlement arrangements, and payment schedules with customers.
• Prepare and compile required documentation for legal action and submit summon-related cases to appointed lawyers.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records, payment history, and collection activities in the system.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and escalate high-risk or unresolved cases when necessary.
• Prepare weekly collection reports and account status updates for management review.
• Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure all collection activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and applicable legal regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and account-related issues.
• Achieve assigned collection targets and support overall recovery performance objectives.

About the Role:

The Collections Advisor will report to the Credit Manager and play a key role in supporting our collections team by managing customer accounts and facilitating the timely recovery of outstanding debts. This position requires a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills, who can handle customer queries with empathy while working towards company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in collections or customer service, a strong problem-solving approach, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries to collect on outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and schedules that balance customer needs with company objectives.
• Handle customer queries professionally, providing accurate information and guidance regarding account status and payment options.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications and actions taken on customer accounts.
• Escalate complex cases or at-risk accounts to the Senior Collections Advisor or Collections Supervisor/Manager as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during all collections activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction while maximizing collections performance.
• Support the team by participating in training sessions and sharing best practices.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the collections team.

Credit Risk Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain credit policies and procedures
• Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers
• Set and review credit limits in line with risk appetite and business strategy
• Monitor customer credit exposure and mitigate potential bad debt risk

2. Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable (AR) process
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts across all customer portfolios
• Manage aged debt reporting and drive reduction in overdue balances
• Implement effective escalation processes for high-risk accounts

3. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Monitor cash inflows and forecast receivables performance
• Support working capital optimisation initiatives
• Collaborate with FP&A team to provide insights on cash flow trends and risks

4. Revenue Assurance & Controls

• Ensure accuracy of billing and invoicing processes
• Identify and prevent revenue leakage across customer accounts
• Strengthen internal controls across credit and receivables processes
• Partner with operations to resolve billing disputes efficiently

5. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to balance growth and credit risk
• Partner with Finance Business Partners on customer profitability and exposure analysis
• Engage with senior stakeholders on credit decisions and risk exposure reporting

6. Reporting & Analytics

• Produce regular credit risk, AR ageing, and cash collection reports
• Analyse customer payment behaviour and identify risk trends
• Provide actionable insights to improve collection efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)

7. Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead and develop the credit control / AR team (if applicable)
• Drive process improvements and automation in credit and collection workflows
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across regions/business units

Job Description

The role of IT Support Analyst – South East Asia is really important to us. 

The IT Support team are responsible for supporting and maintaining all aspects of the end user facing IT environment across Radius. 

You will be a key part of the IT Support team, providing a vital front-line service to Radius colleagues across the group. You will also play a significant role as the company expands its IT Support offering and moves towards a follow-the-sun global support model as a result of significant continued international growth.

This position is based at our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and reports into our Head of IT Support (based in the UK)

Your responsibilities will include…

• Supporting and maintaining aspects of the group’s IT environment including PCs, servers, printers, network equipment, audio visual equipment and telephony systems.
• Hardware and software installations and upgrades.
• Carrying out ad-hoc IT support tasks as and when required with some after-hours work when necessary.
• Ensuring local/regional alignment with all group wide IT standards and procedures, advocating these standards and procedures in-region.
• Ensuring that all support requests are responded to within agreed timelines, appropriately prioritised and escalated to other technical support team/s if required.
• Proactively researching and recommending courses of action to prevent problems and to maintain high IT support service levels for our internal customers.
• Working with the Head of IT Support to define support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Keeping internal customers informed of any IT related issues that might impact their teams.
• Ensuring Change Management processes are followed for all system changes.
