Bread Artistry: Dive into the world of bread production, where you'll have the opportunity to learn, create, and master the art of crafting delectable, high-quality bread. From kneading to baking, you'll be an integral part of the process, ensuring every product meets our exact standards.

Quality Assurance: Your keen eye for detail will be vital as you work diligently to maintain the exceptional quality of our products at every stage of production. Each loaf should be a masterpiece, and you'll be instrumental in making sure that happens.

Kitchen Mastery: Keeping our kitchen and bakery equipment spotless and in tip-top shape is a crucial part of your role. Your efforts will contribute to the efficiency and safety of our operations.

Team Player: Your role doesn't stop at the production floor. You'll also be an essential support system for our sales staff, ensuring the seamless operation of our store. This means you'll get a taste of the sales side of things as well, including cashiering, bread slicing, and providing exceptional customer service.

Cashier Duties: Handling cashiering duties accurately and quickly to help things run smoothly.

Helping Customers: Being friendly and helpful to make our customers happy.

Setting Up Displays:Using your creativity to make our bakery look nice and appealing.

Keeping Things Clean:Making sure the customer areas are clean and tidy.

Knowing Our Breads:Learning all about our different bread types so you can help customers.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field

• Background in construction, building materials, plumbing or MEP would be helpful

• Exposure to the maritime or offshore sector is a bonus but not required

• Knowledge of water filtration systems would be an advantage but is not essential

• Able to prepare and deliver clear presentations to clients and project stakeholders

• Confident in explaining products and solutions during meetings and presentations

• Comfortable using digital systems and basic CRM or ERP tools, or willing to learn

• Able to work independently, organised and consistent with follow up

• Team player mindset, able to work independently and get involved in the execution of principle sales strategies

About Us

We have the distinction of being the most trusted brand in the tuition industry since 1986 with 17 centres in Singapore and we are seeking a dedicated CRM & Live Chat Support Specialist (Remote) in Myammar to join us. Candidates are expected to have a conducive environment and good internet connection as this is a work from home role.

As a CRM & Live Chat Support Specialist (Remote), you will take over conversations when automated bot responses are unable to resolve enquiries and ensure proper escalation to the Singapore-based team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor enquiries via the company’s CRM (Client Relationship Management) system (currently using Pepper Cloud).
2. Respond to parents’ enquiries regarding classes, schedules, and general information in a timely and professional manner.
3. Take over conversations when chatbot responses are insufficient or unresolved.
4. Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic communication to customers.
5. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Singapore-based team when necessary.
6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
7. Support operational improvements by sharing customer feedback and recurring enquiry trends.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese customers (Advantage).
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms). Familiarity with Pepper Cloud is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, live chat, or education-related support roles will be advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle enquiries independently.
• Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with an overseas team.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.

Additional Information

• Shift-based role to ensure coverage between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (SGT).
• 5 day work week (3 weekdays & 2 weekends)
