This role sits at the heart of the studio experience. You will not simply operate a reception counter. You will help create the environment, energy, discipline, hospitality, and community experience that members interact with every day.

You will serve as one of the first points of contact for members and guests, while also supporting the operational coordination required to ensure the studio runs smoothly, professionally, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Member & Guest Experience

You will help create a welcoming, positive, and professional experience for every client entering the studio.

Responsibilities include:
• welcoming members and guests warmly upon arrival
• managing daily studio check-ins and attendance
• assisting members with bookings, schedules, and enquiries
• supporting first-timers and trial guests with studio orientation
• ensuring members feel acknowledged, comfortable, and supported
• maintaining strong service standards and hospitality throughout the studio
• helping create a calm, organised, and uplifting environment

The overall studio experience should feel thoughtful, smooth, and intentional.

Front Desk & Client Communication

You will support day-to-day communication and administrative coordination across the studio.

Responsibilities include:
• handling WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media enquiries
• responding to client enquiries promptly and professionally
• managing appointment scheduling and booking coordination
• maintaining accurate client records and attendance tracking
• supporting membership administration and package management
• coordinating waitlists, cancellations, and class availability
• ensuring operational information is properly updated across systems

Strong responsiveness, follow-through, and communication discipline are important for this role.

Membership & Sales Support

You will support the studio’s membership growth and engagement efforts through strong relationship-building and follow-up.

Responsibilities include:
• engaging enquiries and trial guests professionally
• supporting membership and package conversion efforts
• following up on leads and client enquiries
• supporting onboarding and activation of new members
• helping members understand available classes, programmes, and services
• supporting retention and community engagement initiatives
• assisting with studio campaigns, launches, and promotional activities

This role is not hard-selling in nature. The focus is on building trust, comfort, confidence, and long-term relationships.

Studio Operations & Coordination

You will help ensure that daily studio operations remain organised, smooth, and operationally ready.

Responsibilities include:
• supporting opening and closing procedures
• ensuring studio cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
• monitoring reception, lounge, and common areas
• coordinating with instructors, cleaners, and vendors where required
• supporting inventory and stock management for retail and operational items
• ensuring towels, amenities, refreshments, and supplies are properly maintained
• assisting with simple reporting and operational tracking
• identifying operational issues early and escalating where required

Attention to detail and consistency are important in maintaining a premium studio environment.

As a Personal Trainer, you will work with members and clients to help them improve their health, fitness, strength, body composition, movement quality and overall confidence. This is not a passive gym-floor role. We are looking for trainers who are willing to engage members, build relationships, follow up professionally, and grow their own client base within a structured gym environment.
