Provide ad-hoc supports to Division

• Assist Assistant Manager to manage day to day FM operations of accounts

• Ensure fulfilment of scheduled commitments for FM teams

Leadership:

• Leading the Critical Infrastructure operations team in overseeing all facilities management, including all disciplines involved.

Business Development:

• Act as the Change Advisory Board (CAB)to ensure that the highly critical works are being reviewed to reduce risk to client’s and stakeholders
• Approval of Asset Management, Risk Management, Incident Management, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Incident and Analytical Reports
• Develop and implement comprehensive Data Centre management practices and compliance protocols that ensure high reliability and efficiency, to meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies for operational procedures and disaster response tactics as an organization
• Ensure client’s sustainability targets are met, and Data centres’, ISO and other certificates are obtained and sustained, from the POV of the client’s or End User

• Assist in preparation of the Monthly financial statements
• Responsible for day to day Accounts Receivables functions including maintain accurate records of Accounts Receivables
• Review AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts
• To assist in credit controlling and timely report on overdue AR
• Managing day to day operation of Accounts Payables function and expenses include managing payment processing matters
• Perform and supervise daily operation accounting functions. eg. Account Receivable, vendor payments, cash and bank transaction and inter-company
• Monthly closing of AP accounts and reconciliation with vendors’ statements

·       Prepare M&E Combined Services Drawing (CSD), M&E Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP), M&E Services relating to Structural items.

·       Prepare meeting minutes for internal project meeting.

·       Manage project closeout and obtain all warranties for final acceptance.

·       Support tender processes inclusive the quantity take-off from the tender documents.

·       Prepare and control the progress of RFA, RFI, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time completion.

·       Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress.

·       Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule.

·       Provide and maintain all site inspection records up to date.

·       Be observant to the daily site operation, attend to arising site issues and report to Construction Manager.

Attend to site incidents and prepare preliminary site incident report.

·       Have an eye for detail and have a good technical base knowledge.  The role will involve working on all work stages of various contract types (Design, Build, Design & Build) you should be confident working directly with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and contractors of the specific site / country.

·       Requires coordination / Clash-Deduction with M&E services in the design and construction of Mission-critical facilities.

·       Have a good working knowledge of CP83, current Singapore Planning Guidelines, Building Regulations and Technical Standards.

·       Working on the production of a Feasibility Study, Conceptual, Schematic design, and technical drawing packages (Design Drawing, Construction Drawing & Shop Drawings).

·       You need to use both the Autodesk Revit (3D) and AutoCAD (2D) daily.

·       Assists with research and complies with project-related data as required.

·       Assists with correcting and updating drawings provided by Architectural Consultants / Designers to ensure corrections are made within multiple software platforms.

·       Assists with client presentations, renderings, and simulations as required.

·       Assists in performing field inspections, measurements, or calculations.
