Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support end-to-end Human Resource functions across the employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, payroll, HR administration, and compliance to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across recruitment channels.
• Prepare job advertisements, maintain recruitment records, and support hiring reports.
• Co-ordinates offer preparation, employer branding initiatives and career events.

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation.
• Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Payroll, Benefits& HR Administration

• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
• Administer CPF, leave, attendance, claims and employee benefits.
• Manage income tax submissions and statutory filings.
• Liaise with external vendors on HR-related matters.
• Support HR reporting, HRIS maintenance and vendor coordination.

Compliance & Work Pass Administration

• Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper HR documentation and records.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum2 years of HR generalist experience covering both Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
• Experience in payroll processing and Singapore HR practices (CPF, tax, MOM work pass).
• Experience in the semiconductor, engineering, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with BIPO or Timesoft HRIS is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Engineer, Mechanical (Drafting Focus) to produce accurate, high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings that clearly reflect engineering intent. This role is dedicated to drafting, documentation, and drawing management to support manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
• Translate engineering concepts, sketches, and design inputs into complete, manufacturable drawings.
• Apply proper dimensioning, GD&T, materials, surface finishes, and technical notes in accordance with ASME/ISO standards.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes, engineering feedback, and project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company drafting standards, engineering codes, and documentation procedures.
• Manage drawing files, revisions, and version control using PDM/PLM systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to resolve drawing-related issues and support manufacturability.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent relevant technical experience).
• 5+ years of expertise in designing small components, demonstrating strong attention to detail and engineering excellence
• Strong proficiency in CAD software with solid knowledge of GD&T, drafting standards (ASME Y14.5), and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering requirements and convert them into complete drawings.

Position Overview

The incumbent manages quality performance across both our supply base and customer network. In this role, you will qualify and monitor suppliers, resolve quality issues through audits and corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also serve as the primary quality interface for customers—handling complaints, leading 8D/CAPA investigations, supporting audits, and ensuring customer requirements are met. This position plays a key part in safeguarding product quality, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting new product introductions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain supplier quality requirements and standards aligned with company, customer, and regulatory expectations.

• Evaluate, qualify, and approve suppliers through audits, capability assessments, and performance reviews.

• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs such as defect rates, PPM, delivery quality, and corrective action effectiveness.

• Manage supplier nonconformances, including containment, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (8D, CAPA).

• Support new supplier onboarding and new product introductions by reviewing FAI submissions, control plans, and inspection criteria.

• Conduct supplier audits (process, system, and product) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

• Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing to address supplier-related quality risks and improvement opportunities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply base to reduce defects, cost of poor quality, and supply risks.

• Maintain supplier quality documentation and ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing) or related technical field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality engineering, preferably in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or heavy manufacturing industries.

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100.

• Experience in supplier audits, PPAP, FAI, control plans, and FMEA, with proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, CAPA).

• Good knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), quality tools, and data analysis, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Position Overview:

The Process Engineer is responsible for the development, optimization, and control of wafer fabrication processes supporting the manufacturing of optoelectronics and photonics integrated circuits. This role contributes to achieving device performance, yield, and reliability targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and technology objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize wafer fabrication processes including lithography (Coat, Expose, Develop), lift-off, and related semiconductor processing steps.
• Support process development, characterization, and qualification activities to meet design and manufacturing requirements.
• Conduct experiments (DOE), analyze process data, and implement continuous improvements.
• Troubleshoot process issues, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Equipment Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure smooth process integration and production support.
• Assist in new product introduction (NPI) and technology transfer from development to manufacturing.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, specifications, and technical reports.

Requirements:
