As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will:

• Implement and manage cloud-native systems (AWS) using best-in-class tools and automation.
• Operate and enhance Kubernetes clusters, deployment pipelines, and service meshes to support rapid delivery cycles.
• Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure powering our multi-tenant SaaS platform with reliability, security, and scalability in mind.
• Define and maintain SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets, and proactively address availability and performance issues.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar) for repeatable and auditable provisioning.
• Build internal platform tools and automation to support provisioning, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation, responding to incidents, troubleshooting outages, and driving timely resolution and communication.
• Act as an Incident Commander during the on-call duty and coordinate cross-team responses effectively to maintain an SLA.
• Drive and refine incident response processes, reducing Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues independently, minimizing the need for external escalation.
• Work closely with software engineers to embed observability, fault tolerance, and reliability principles into service design.
• Automate runbooks, health checks, and alerting to support reliable operations with minimal manual intervention.
• Support automated testing, canary deployments, and rollback strategies to ensure safe, fast, and reliable releases.
• Contribute to security best practices, compliance automation, and cost optimization.

Reporting to the Global Accounting Director and working in close collaboration with the India Finance Manager, the Assistant Finance Manager plays a key support role in the day-to-day accounting operations of the India entity while contributing to Nexthink's global finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional to grow within a fast-scaling, international technology company operating across multiple time zones and legal entities.

The role sits within the global center of excellence and spans both India-local compliance and global general ledger, accounts payable, and revenue accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

India Accounting & Compliance Support

• Assist the India Finance Manager with the monthly and quarterly accounting close, including preparation and review of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure a timely and accurate close.
• Support the preparation of India statutory financial statements in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS / local GAAP).
• Assist with the India statutory audit by coordinating with external auditors, preparing supporting schedules, and ensuring documentation is complete and well-organized.
• Support GST compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as reconciliation of GST ledgers and input tax credit.
• Assist with direct and indirect tax compliance, including TDS computation, payment, and quarterly return filings.
• Support the India Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including vendor invoice processing, accounts payable funding, and payroll coordination.
• Assist with local banking activities and maintain proper documentation for statutory and regulatory requirements.

Global Accounting Support

• Support the global General Ledger (G/L) team with multi-entity month-end close activities across non-India legal entities, including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations under US GAAP.
• Contribute to the global Accounts Payable (AP) function by supporting invoice processing, vendor management, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with global revenue accounting, supporting recognition and reporting processes in compliance with ASC 606.
• Collaborate effectively with global finance and accounting colleagues across multiple time zones, maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Support ad hoc global projects including process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and policy documentation.

Our project is to provide visual solution to investigate and query all data from our platform for customers using Nexthink Query Language (NQL) behind the scene hiding the complexity of the language. For that we developed Visual Editor, Rich data table with actions over data, and for more advanced queries we provide NQLEditor build on top of Monaco Editor.

Our technology stack:

• Design, implement, deliver and validate product features
• Help improving the team architecture, design and development best practices
• Handle L3 support requests (together with the rest of the team)
• Participate actively in the technology roadmap
• Work with the agile iterative/incremental mindset and best practices and participate actively to the different ceremonials

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Being able to analyse and benchmark customer’s data-set to drive insights for ongoing operations

• Experience on end user computing common issues and proper ways to solve it for enterprises

• Maintain healthy operations of customer’s Nexthink instance, in terms of product upgrades and healthy consoles

• Analyse customer needs, goals, strategic plans and constraints in order to advice the best possible use of Nexthink

• Provide actionable insights to customers and automation opportunities

• Be part of customer’s internal processes

• Support customers’ initiatives on Nexthink areas of operations

• Ability to build content based on customers’ requirements and collaborate with specialized team for advanced content build

• Provide new insights to integrate Nexthink with existing solutions and internal processes;

• Work against a set of Service Levels (SLs)

• Stay current on product development/releases to a level required for the above activities;

• This position requires 10% travel to headquarter for training purpose.

Join Nexthink’s global Product Support team and help build our support presence in Japan. Nexthink is a complex, enterprise-grade solution used by customers worldwide, and this role sits at the intersection of technology, customers, and real problem-solving—not ticket-passing.

As our first Product Support Engineer in Japan, you’ll go beyond standard L1/L2 support, tackling advanced troubleshooting, driving cross-team coordination, and helping shape how we support Japanese customers. You’ll partner closely with the Global Support team and act as a key local interface for customers and internal stakeholders.

You’ll report to the Global Service Delivery Manager (India) and work closely with global Support, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver a high-quality support experience for Japan.

Job Duties

• Own L1 & L2 support cases for customers and partners in Japan and other assigned regions, from first contact to resolution
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support(L2+) by handling complex, ambiguous issues.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues across Linux servers, Windows environments, networking, and cloud infrastructure
• Work directly with customers via Japanese-language communications (calls, remote sessions, written follow-ups), and communicate effectively in English with global teams
• Coordinate closely with the Global Support team for case collaboration, escalations, shift handovers, and shared operational practices
• Track and manage cases end-to-end, ensuring accurate triage, timely updates, and high-quality resolutions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to accelerate investigation and resolution of complex issues
• Participate in incident handling, post-incident reviews, and follow-up actions when needed
• Create and improve knowledge base content (in English, and Japanese where appropriate) so the same issue doesn’t get solved twice
• Help establish and improve Japan support operations (templates, triage patterns, common issue playbooks, customer communication standards) as the function grows
• Take real ownership of your domain—not just “do what the runbook says”
