This role involves driving, equipment handling and supporting Audio Visual (AV) setup operations for events across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow packing lists and operational instructions carefully

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness

• Support warehouse organisation and equipment preparation

• Communicate clearly with the operations team

• Assist with basic troubleshooting during setups when needed

This is a hands-on operations role responsible for managing daily job scheduling, manpower deployment and operational coordination.

You will handle multiple jobs simultaneously, make real-time decisions, and respond to operational changes to ensure smooth execution.

You are expected to work independently and take ownership of daily operational decisions without close supervision.

Last-minute changes, manpower adjustments and schedule conflicts are part of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and plan daily logistics schedules (delivery, setup, teardown)

• Assign crew timings and manpower deployment

• Handle operational issues such as delays, manpower shortages and schedule changes

• Coordinate between drivers, AV crew and customer service teams

• Ensure schedules and manpower deployment are accurate and executable
