Job Summary
Transaction Execution

• Conduct and manage due diligence inquiries of target company using due diligence checklists to understand their business, assets, capabilities, ESG and financial performance, as well as strategic fit

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Maintain accurate system procedures and project documentation

·        Familiarity with MAS Technology Risk and Cyber Hygiene standards

·        Basic knowledge of system infrastructure (OS and middleware)

·        PMP or project certification is good to have

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Customer Service Executive to join a growing app-based technology company supporting condominium and residential management systems. This role combines customer service excellence with hands-on technical troubleshooting, requiring a resourceful and proactive individual who is comfortable working with both systems and people.

You will support customers across various stakeholders, including residents, condominium management teams, and security personnel, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.

Working Location: Tai Seng, Singapore
5-day work week, based on roster rotation:

• Monday - Friday

• Wednesday - Sunday

Working Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues related to systems and devices.
• Troubleshoot and support solutions involving lift lobby systems, guardhouse and security systems, facial recognition technology, and related devices.
• Communicate clearly with customers, and escalate complex technical issues to internal technicians or project teams when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with personal data protection requirements and safeguard customer information at all times.
• Review and standardise customer service responses to ensure consistency and service quality across all communication channels.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and effective resolutions.
• Track, analyse, and report on customer interactions, ensuring service KPIs such as response time and resolution rate are met.
