Education & Professional Background

QUALIFICATION

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

•At least 7 years of progressive experience in business analysis, with proven ability to manage complex initiatives.

•Experience in consulting, software development, or solution design is advantageous.

•Senior-level certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC, or equivalent).

Management of ICT Application Contract and Operating Budget

•                    Manage ICT Application contracts to ensure the project/application vendors meet contractual obligations.

•                    Track the projects’ expenditure and ensure meeting the agreed budget utilisation.

•                    Provide administrative support to all aspects of ICT procurement from seeking budget, calling tender/request for quotation/small value purchase, evaluation and award; raising purchase requisition/order, goods receiving, invoice tracking and verification/certification.

•                    Manage and monitor defects, issues and incidents of Authority’s IT applications and services to meet the agreed service level agreement.

Job Description:

The Programmers shall be required to:

i. Code, modify, test, correct, and document new and existing programs using assigned languages, tools, and coding conventions;

ii. Prepare and document test data;

iii. Prepare and set up testing and production environment;

v. Assist in establishing file structures and processing logic requirements;

The System Engineer (Junior DevOps) is responsible for supporting and maintaining containerized platforms, primarily Kubernetes (K8s) clusters. The role also involves provisioning new Kubernetes clusters for new projects, collaborating with the Wintel team on Active Directory (AD) and SOX-related Risk and Control Matrix (RCM) activities, and supporting ongoing IT security and compliance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

·      Maintain, monitor, and support existing Kubernetes (K8s) clusters to ensure stability, availability, and performance.

·      Provision and configure new Kubernetes clusters to support new projects and business requirements.

·      Support CI/CD and DevOps operational activities in a junior capacity, following established standards and best practices.

The Network Engineer will provide hands-on technical support for the FAB Network Technology Refresh program and other network-related projects. The role focuses on implementation, migration, upgrade, and stabilization of network infrastructure while ensuring minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

·      Support the FAB Network Technology Refresh program and other network related projects including hardware replacement, configuration, migration, and decommissioning activities.

·      Install, configure, and upgrade network devices such as switches and wireless equipment.

·      Execute network migration activities with detailed planning, testing, and rollback procedures.

·      Provide on-site and remote support during implementation and cutover windows.

Individuals who demonstrate strong ownership and accountability and having relevant experience in handling enterprise / business application ITSM.

Service Management:

·      Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements and process.

·      Assist in gathering information to support LOB applications related audit.

·      Perform periodic / ad-hoc services work in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as required for LOB system operation. 

Incident and Problem Management:

·      Ensure application support services meet SLA (Service Level Agreement)and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets.

·      Oversee and contribute to investigation and resolution of complex application issues.

·      Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
