1. Manage and control daily work activities at Mechanical and

Electrical project sites of Fusion Process Engineering Pte Ltd at

various locations in Singapore including Jurong Island (Construction and plant maintenance

work). Applicants should be well-versed in reviewing contracts

documents and submitting quotations with a proactive approach

2. The applicant shall implement safe work practices at the job site to

work towards Zero LTI

3. The applicant should have sound experience in managing manpower

and execution of project sites.

4. To work closely with the owner, client, sub-vendors, main contractors, and suppliers

5. Manage and execute the project activities, including Quality, to ensure that the project is completed according to the planned schedule

6. The Project Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that the project execution is according to the project Safety and quality requirements

7. To maintain project documentation at all phases of construction

• Support migration of documents, drawings, and records into the Document Management System (DMS)
• Verify document metadata, structure, and revision/version accuracy
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to resolve missing or outdated documents
• Maintain document registration, revision control, and issuance as per project/client procedures
• Organize documentation into the approved document management platform
• Support audits by maintaining accurate and traceable records
• Assist with AutoCAD drawing updates, formatting, and verification
• Help close documentation gaps related to Process Safety Information (PSI)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic editing and formatting)
• Knowledge of Document Management Systems (SharePoint, EDMS, etc.)
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Understanding of document numbering and revision control
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ensure the implementation of HSSEQ Guidelines, Policies, Plans and Programmes, their enforcement and continuous monitoring.
• Adhere to HSSEQ standards, relevant QHSE laws, and codes of practice to ensure a safe workplace and meet client needs.
• Provide hands-on, ongoing HSSEQ implementation support to all Affiliate Depots/ Sites and Stakeholders.
• Perform daily site walks to monitor and promote a safe workplace. Conducts & involved in QHSE audits and inspections. Manage and resolve safety incidents and issues.
• Operate a safety system with preventive actions and risk management.
• Handle updates, documentation, audits, and licensing.
• Gather HSSEQ data and report monthly to Management and clients.
• Coordinate HSSEQ-related communication with clients.
• Perform audits, assessments, and safety follow-ups.
• Assist in maintaining calibration and equipment service reports.
• Provide HSSEQ training and manage monthly safety meetings.
• Manage site security and collaborate with security providers.
• Maintain safety equipment with vendor collaboration.
• Conduct routine fire safety checks and drills.
• Perform Verification and Assurance of implementation of Control of Work tools and Process Safety Fundamentals
• Assist logistics support during equipment mobilization, demobilization, and maintenance.
• Conduct QHSE presentations and training for employees as required.

Design and develop piping and mechanical systems in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, and engineering standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).

Review and interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs, ensuring accuracy and feasibility prior to fabrication and installation.

Supervise installation and commissioning of piping systems, valves, pumps, pressure vessels, and other mechanical equipment at the site.

Ensure compliance with project schedules and technical requirements, monitoring daily progress, and coordinating resources to meet project milestones.

Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and technical procedures for mechanical and piping works.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify that installation activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Plan and oversee testing activities, including hydrostatic, pressure, flushing, and leak testing of piping systems.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, electrical, instrumentation, and project management personnel, to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage material selection and procurement, ensuring the correct materials, fittings, and equipment are used in accordance with project requirements.

Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, including Permit-to-Work (PTW) and site safety procedures.

Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions, providing engineering solutions to resolve site challenges efficiently.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including inspection records, test reports, material certificates, and as-built drawings.

Support commissioning and handover activities, ensuring systems are fully operational and documentation is completed prior to project closure.

Monitor equipment performance and maintenance requirements, recommending preventive and corrective maintenance actions.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, providing technical support, progress updates, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
