Job Qualifications:

Main job duties & responsibilities:

1. Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and gather technical requirements.
2. Prepare and review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and as-built drawings.
3. Plan project schedules, resources, materials, manpower, and equipment prior to commencement.
4. Supervise and manage site installation works, ensuring progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings.
5. Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, and internal teams on all project matters.
6. Liaise with procurement and QS on material ordering and project costing.
7. Arrange and coordinate material testing with testing laboratories when required.
8. Identify technical issues on-site and provide practical solutions.
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including permit-to-work, toolbox meetings, and preparation of safety documents (MOS, RA, SWP).
10. Attend site inspections, resolve non-conformities, and ensure quality standards are met.
11. Prepare site reports, progress updates, documentation, and monthly progress claims.
12. Support QA/QC processes, production coordination, and product quality verification where necessary.

Job Qualification:

Education Required:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Singapore PE Board, or a Degree in Civil Engineering not recognized by the PE Board with a valid Structural Steel Engineer (StEr) (SSSS) certification and relevant membership.
• Relevant certifications such as BCSS, CSCPM, or equivalent will be an advantage.

Experience Required:

• Relevant experience in construction or installation projects is required.
• Experience in structural steel and metal works will be an added advantage.

Job Qualifications

Education Required:

• Minimum Certificate in drafting in Civil Engineering or Architectural.  Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural will be considered.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience producing precast shop drawings with steel reinforcement detailing for concrete building components for precaster/contractor/ consultant

• Consideration will be given to candidate with working experience producing concrete structural drawing or construction drawing for reinforced concrete building projects for contractors or consultants.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To provide necessary support to the field sales team & management for all supply of finish products & supply with Installation projects.
2. Preparation of Quotation- To maintain accuracy on working out of BOQ’s, in tonnage, breaking down of drawings, computation of estimated quantity take off and costing for tender, ongoing projects.
3. To liaise with Main Contractor / Consultant / Supplier . Evaluation of Cost Valuation, negotiation and agreement for binding of contract for all Project according to Local construction Law, regulations, Acts & Practice.
4. To check contract, works order, PO for all awarded projects Compliance to BCA requirements and regulations (Safe keeping of our Company interests).
5. To prepare of Monthly Progress claim / VO and Submit to Main-Contractor / Consultant with Administration task of keeping of documentations & records claim & retention matters.
6. Monitoring of budgeting, Cost Analysis & workflow for all Ongoing Projects.
7. Sourcing of new suppliers, vendor, sub-contractors and awarding sub-contracting jobs to vendor (to coordinating with Procurement Department).
8. To prepare Sub con progressive payment / vendor payment (Coordinating with Accounts Department).
9. To provide necessary documentations for preparation of Shop drawings submission & fabrication drawings compliance to BCA requirements and regulations to Technical Team (to coordinating with Technical Department).
10. Other Admin Works such as maintaining records & filling of all documents.

Job Qualifications

Education Required:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably experience in civil/ building projects
• Experience in adjudication and SOP Act will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office & Auto CAD
