As a Security Operations Analyst within the Security function, you will play a key role in protecting the organisation through proactive threat monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and operational resilience coordination across local, regional, and platform environments.

The Security Function operates as a 1.5 line of defense within the organisation, supporting security governance, engineering, and operational security capabilities across the business.

You will work closely with Security Engineering, Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, Platform, and GRC teams to strengthen operational security, resilience readiness, and security response capabilities across modern cloud-native and AI-driven environments.

• Lead and deliver executive searches across all global functions, from Manager level and above.

The Lead of Account Management (Shops) is responsible for driving the commercial growth of our existing Q-Commerce marketplace portfolio. This role spans across grocery and all non-grocery verticals, covering the whole of Malaysia.

Leading a high-performing team of Strategic Account Managers, Account Managers and Coordinators, your mandate is topline and commercial acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Performance Culture

• People Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Strategic Account Managers, Account Managers and Coordinators, fostering a culture of data-driven portfolio management and high-velocity execution.
• KPI Management: Accountable for team delivery across KPIs and OKRs, including topline ambition, campaign participation, and revenue targets.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including acquisition, operations) to ensure smooth merchant lifecycles and resolve systemic performance bottlenecks.

2. Commercial Performance & Top-Line Growth

• Top-Line Ownership: Drive overall commercial performance for the active marketplace, taking full accountability for merchant GMV & other income growth.
• Joint Business Planning (JBPs): Build, negotiate, and execute long-term JBPs with major partners and key accounts to align mutual growth goals.
• Campaign Participation & Strategy: Design and execute seasonal and platform-wide campaign strategies (e.g., Mega Campaigns, tactical promos); drive high merchant adoption, funded deal submissions, and co-marketing investments from key partners to boost platform competitiveness.
• Other revenue: Grow alternative revenue streams by pitching and scaling high-impact advertising, visibility packages, and digital marketing opportunities to existing partners.

3. Merchant Success & Virtual Storefront Quality

• On-App Performance: Continuously optimize commercial potential by identifying performance gaps within the existing partner database.
• Catalog & Content Integrity: Oversee the customer-facing quality of your team's portfolios, ensuring partners maintain accurate imagery, high-standard content, and real-time inventory updates.

4. Market Intelligence & Data Strategy

• Data-Driven Prioritization: Leverage commercial data analytics to assess campaign ROI, prioritize account manager resources, and back commercial decisions with hard metrics.
• Market Insights: Monitor competitor strategies and shifting retail trends in Malaysia to protect and expand market share within your active account base.

Managing a team of three direct reports (covering People Partnering, Industrial/Employee Relations, and People Experience), your mandate is to take complete ownership of day-to-day operational execution, policy governance, and budget tracking. As a gatekeeper, you will operate with a high degree of independent authority bynfiltering, resolving, and finalizing local people matters autonomously, ensuring that only macro-level strategic or high-risk financial decisions are escalated to the M3 level.

• First Line of Authority: Act as the primary filter and operational decision-maker for the Malaysia SSC. You are expected to own and resolve 80% of localized escalations independently, removing day-to-day bottlenecks from the M3 Head of People.

• Operational Demarcation: Independently manage and approve standard HR interventions, local policy applications, performance mitigations, and team allocations without requiring constant oversight.

• Escalation Governance: Discern when to finalize a case and when to escalate, ensuring that matters brought to the M3 level are strictly high-liability risks, entity-wide structural shifts, or macro budget exceptions.

• Lead and Develop the Frontline: Directly manage, mentor, and govern a team of 3 specialists (IC3 People Partner, IC2 IR/ER Specialist, and a People Experience specialist), ensuring seamless cross-functional coverage and building an internal talent pipeline.

• Risk & Dependency Mitigation: Eliminate key-person dependency risks within the local team by establishing robust standard operating procedures (SOPs) and clear succession tracking.

• Policy Custodian: Manage the localized implementation, enforcement, and governance of all global and local HR policies across the 900-headcount employee lifecycle.

• Budget Oversight: Act as the frontline governor for the local HR budget. Track expenditures, manage run-rate costs, and ensure strict fiscal discipline before routing high-value financial requests to the M3 level for final sign-off.

• Process Excellence: Continuously audit and optimize HR service delivery workflows within the SSC to drive operational efficiency.

• Compliance Ownership: Take ultimate tactical ownership of all local IR/ER topics, ensuring flawless compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act, statutory regulations, and Industrial Court precedents.

• Conflict & Grievance Resolution: Autonomously oversee disciplinary frameworks, Domestic Inquiries (DIs), Mutual Separation Agreements (MSAs), and high-risk performance management paths.

• Leadership Coaching: Partner with and coach C-2 and C-3 business leaders on organizational design, talent reviews, succession planning, and performance calibration.

• Change Management: Drive local execution and communication strategies during business unit reorganizations, ensuring seamless business adoption with minimal disruption.

As a GRC Analyst within the Security function, you will support the execution and continuous improvement of governance, risk, compliance, and operational resilience practices across our brands, including foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti.

The Security function operates as a 1.5 line of defense within the organisation, with the GRC team responsible for defining and maintaining the security posture across local, regional, and platform domains.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support governance activities, compliance initiatives, operational processes, and risk management efforts across the organisation.
