Job Summary

To introduce a junior Technical Sales & Support Executive to support sales, service, and marketing activities by preparing quotations, following up with customers, and coordinating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations, sales documents, and proposal materials aligned with customer requirements to support sales processes
• Follow up proactively with customers on sales enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery status to ensure timely communication and order fulfillment
• Support service sales by preparing service quotations, handling maintenance support requests, managing spare parts enquiries, and maintaining customer follow-up
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, service, and operations teams to gather technical and commercial information for customer proposals and internal reporting
• Maintain and update customer records, quotation tracking, and sales follow-up reports to ensure data accuracy and support sales forecasting
• Assist in basic marketing activities by preparing product information, updating presentation materials, and supporting exhibition or customer visit preparations
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer enquiries to enhance customer experience and build trust
• Continuously learn and develop knowledge of the company’s technical products, including automation systems, semiconductor equipment, and test solutions

Required competencies and certifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the sales team in the preparation of quotations, processing purchase orders, drafting of contract, billing, and other sales-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee and coordinate timely delivery of products or services, ensuring all documentation related to order fulfillment is accurate, complete and delivery on time.
• Manage pr-sales and post-sales activities including responding to customer inquiries, tracking orders status, and maintaining proactive communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize and schedule meetings, maintain and update customer and sales databases, and generate regular sales reports to support strategic decision-making.
• To manage and ensure timely approval of budgets for all customer POs by preparing accurate costing documentation, securing necessary approvals, and coordinating follow-up actions across teams.
• Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate delivery schedules, track shipments, ensure inventory availability, and resolve delivery-related issues to meet customer deadlines

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
• 2 years of related work experience in Sales and Marketing support is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Summary

Lead cross-functional teams to manage new product introduction projects, collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product introduction projects on schedule and within scope
• Collaborate with R&D and Design Engineers to review product designs for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA) to optimize production processes
• Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools to ensure project progress
• Verify accuracy and completeness of product BOMs, routings, and process documentation to support manufacturing readiness
• Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical and process issues efficiently
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and support On-Site Buyoff (SAT) at customer locations to validate product compliance

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (2D/3D), schematics, and technical specifications

We are looking for a Software Engineer to support customers and internal teams through software support, secondary modifications, and basic development, covering instrumentation, control systems, and process automation.

This role suits someone with hands-on experience in equipment software, who enjoys working close to hardware, testers, and automation systems, without being a full system architect.

Responsibilities

• Provide software support for customer-installed and internal equipment systems
• Perform secondary software modifications and enhancements to existing applications
• Support debugging, bug fixing, and root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain basic control, test, and automation software
• Interface with test instruments such as SMU, power supplies, lasers, optical switches, etc.
• Support control systems and process automation, including sequence control and interlocks
• Assist in software testing, validation, and release

• Carry out bench testing, system testing, and application evaluation for new designs and prototypes.

• Set up and tune servo/stepper motors, configure motion controllers, and verify feedback systems.

• Perform logical I/O analysis, troubleshooting, signal tracing, and root-cause investigation.

• Conduct GR&R evaluations and prepare related test documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Solid understanding of electrical circuits, schematics, control systems, and automation fundamentals.

• Hands-on experience with motor systems (servo/stepper), motor tuning, drive parameter setup, and motion control.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with good logical I/O analysis and problem-solving ability.

• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and creating electrical diagrams and circuit documentation.

• Familiar with GR&R, measurement system analysis, and structured test methods.
