Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient marketing strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences

Responsibilities

• Inspect and examine aircraft components for leaks, cracks, breaks or other issues
• Read and utilize blueprints, maintenance manuals, ATA codes, illustrated parts catalogues, service bulletins and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments
• Maintain, repair, and rebuild aircraft structures, functional components, and parts such as wings and fuselage, rigging, hydraulic units, oxygen systems, fuel systems, gaskets, and seals
• Perform routine maintenance operations, such as the replacement of equipment’s and aircraft components
• Modify aircraft structures, space vehicles, systems, or components, following drawings, schematics, charts, engineering orders, and technical publications
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, or diagrams to inform installation, development or operation activities
• Perform hourly, daily and monthly inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions, missing segments and wear
• Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company, our customers and the FAA
• Promote safety within the workplace by monitoring others and yourself to guarantee all tasks are performed within the safety manual guidelines, and communicate with other mechanics and supervisors to coordinate repairs and keep apprised of safety concerns

Role Overview:

• Ensures end-to-end reliability, security, and performance of site IT/OT infrastructure supporting MRO operations, safeguarding zero disruption to safety, quality, delivery, and compliance while aligning to GE Aerospace global standards 1.

Role Overview

The Lead Services Specialist – FieldService Representative (FSR) provides on-site technical support,training, and customer service to the Republic of Singapore Air Force personnelon the operation, maintenance, and repair of F110-GE-129 engines andassociated systems on the F-15 aircraft. You will:

• Serve as the front-line GE representative at the customersite
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and training onF110 engines
• Support maintenance planning, reliability improvements, and datareporting
• Perform daily management related to safety, quality, delivery and costsrequired to perform services and support customer maintenance activities.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your ownworkload, travel, and budget while upholding unyielding compliance andintegrity

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support &Troubleshooting

Provide interpretation of data and technicalinstructions related to F110 engine operation, maintenance, and repair.

Assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting, adjustment,calibration, bench checks, routine maintenance, inspection, and repair ofGE engines.

Provide technical guidance to customer aircrew on theoperation of GE engines and associated systems.

Training & KnowledgeTransfer

• Deliver on-the-job training to maintenance personnel onmaintenance and operating techniques for F110 engines.

Customer Interface &Maintenance Planning

• Provide guidance to customers on the installation of GE enginemodifications and interpretation of related technical instructions.

• Provide liaison support for processing components for repair ordeeper maintenance, coordinating with GE and approved repair facilities.

Job Description Summary

The incumbent will play a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and promoting a culture of excellence and safety within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and Quality management systems, as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain high standards and minimise risks.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Serve as the registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and its subsidiary regulations.
• Fulfill the role of appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM) under the Fire Safety Act and related regulations.

• Ensure that all Lines of Business comply with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations as well as fire safety statutory requirements.

• Implement, monitor, and facilitate continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems pursuant to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and audits, ensuring effective execution of control measures.
• Lead and support investigations into incidents and accidents, including root cause analysis and subsequent corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety management programmes, encompassing fire risk assessments, fire drills, and emergency response plans (ERP).
• Liaise with relevant authorities such as MOM, SCDF, and NEA regarding WSH and fire safety matters, including inspections, audits, and reporting.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM Singapore.
• Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)
• A minimum of three years of relevant EHS/WSH experience is required, with preference given to candidates with backgrounds in aviation MRO, aerospace, or other high-risk industries.
