Job Summary

You will safely drive the employer and authorized passengers within Singapore, maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and condition, perform minor repairs, manage vehicle records, and support the employer with errands and other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive the employer safely and punctually to and from any location in Singapore
• Transport the employer’s visitors, business partners, and associates safely to authorized destinations
• Analyze routes, climate, and traffic reports to select the optimal travel time and route
• Clean and wash the vehicle’s interior and exterior regularly to maintain cleanliness
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure it remains in good working condition
• Detect electrical and mechanical issues affecting vehicle performance and conduct minor repairs and maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate records and receipts for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and related reports
• Execute errands for the employer as requested
• Adapt to work overtime on weeknights or weekends when required
• Complete other assignments as directed by the employer

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.

- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.

- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.

- Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

-Minimum GCE "O" Level

- Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management

Logistics Operations Coordinator

Salary: SGD 2,300-3,300 (Basic) + Allowances + AWS + VB

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

We are looking for a Customer Service to support our logistics and transportation operations. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, coordinate job requirements, and ensure smooth execution of delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and prepare job instructions for LCL/FCL import and export trucking operations.

2. Liaise with PSA, depots, and carriers to ensure timely container movement and vessel status monitoring.

3. Coordinate local cargo collections and deliveries between customers and warehouse teams, ensuring 100% on-time performance.

4. Manage MatchBox approvals and source external hauliers to optimize the reuse of empty containers.

5. Inspect and record container conditions; manage the billing and refund process for washing and damage charges with carriers and clients.

6. Act as the first point of contact for job inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely updates on shipment statuses.

7. Handle administrative duties including documentation, faxes, and filing to maintain accurate operational records.

Requirements

1. Minimum O-Levels/N-Levels or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

2. Good communication and coordination skills

3. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve delivery delays or issues independently.

4. At least 1–2 years of experience in Singapore logistics, shipping, or trucking operations. Candidates with experience in container haulage will be highly regarded.

A Logistics and Operations Executive cum Delivery role

combines administrative supply chain duties with hands-on transportation, requiring a Class 3 and 4 driving license to manage warehouse inventory, coordinate deliveries, and physically transport goods.

• Delivery and Transportation: Operating company vehicles (vans/lorries) to deliver and pick up goods, materials, or documents safely and on time.
• Logistics Coordination: Planning delivery routes, coordinating with customers for incoming/outgoing goods, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Warehouse Operations: Loading, unloading, and packing items, conducting stock counts, and ensuring efficient storage.
• Documentation and Admin: Preparing shipping documents, invoices, or delivery orders, and preparing reports using systems like Microsoft Word or WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• General Support: Assisting with maintenance of vehicles, supporting other departments, and adhering to safety protocols

Typical Requirements:

• License: Valid Class 3 & 4 driving license.
• Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, driving, or warehousing is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, time management, and proficiency in basic computer skills

Position title : Driver cum Technician (Class 3 driving license) 

Location: Islandwide (Office: Sin Ming Lane) [Brighthill MRT]
Working Days: 5.5 days, Monday - Saturday(half day)
Working hours :  8.30am-5.30pm | 8.30am to 12.30pm 
Salary: Basic $2500 + ($100-$200) allowance + OT (roughly $500) 

Job scope: 

• Use company van to fetch working buddy, and drive to client's place.
