We are hiring an Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Peranakan and Chinese cuisine restaurants located in town. Different concepts are available, and placement will be based on experience and fit. This role is the anchor on the floor who is steady, hands-on, and accountable.

You will work closely with the Store-In-Charge and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations, consistent service standards, and a disciplined but respectful working environment.
You are expected to be present on the floor, lead by example, and step in when things get busy and not manage from the sidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store-In-Charge in managing daily restaurant operations
Lead front-of-house service during peak periods and ensure smooth table flow
