The Manager, Analytical Development is responsible for leading and executing analytical method development, qualification, validation, and assay transfer activities to support biologics and vaccine development programs from early development through Phase 2 clinical trials. Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in leadership roles
• Proven expertise in IT strategy development, digital transformation, and project delivery
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles
• Experience managing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
