nSearch Global is hiring a Software Architect / Technical Lead to join as a core founding member of our HR tech product team. You will own the technical architecture, lead the build, and shape our product as it moves from MVP into production.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role. You will work directly with the founder, our engineering team, and HR domain experts to make critical technical decisions, set engineering standards, and steer the technical roadmap. The role is full-stack and central to everything we ship.

This is not a pre-sales or enterprise architecture advisory role. We are looking for someone who builds.

What you will do

Technical architecture and engineering leadership

• Own the technical architecture of the platform end to end across frontend, backend, data, and integration layers
• Lead design decisions on multi-tenancy, scalability, performance, hosting, and data residency
• Set engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, and documentation, and guide the team in applying them
• Review code, weigh in on architecture trade-offs, and unblock the team on technical decisions
• Drive enterprise readiness including SOC2 alignment, audit logging, role-based access, and security posture suitable for enterprise and government clients

System integration and platform architecture

• Design integration patterns using REST APIs, web services, webhooks, middleware, ETL, or SFTP where appropriate
• Drive enterprise identity requirements such as SSO (SAML or OIDC), user provisioning (SCIM is a plus), role-based access control, and audit logs

Testing, UAT, and release readiness

• Plan and coordinate workflow-based UAT with internal users and pilot customers, with clear scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Establish regression testing and release management practices that scale as we onboard more customers

Product mindset

• Bring a product mindset to technical decisions, thinking beyond MVP toward productisation, scalability, and long-term maintainability

What we are looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience in software engineering and architecture
• Demonstrated experience leading the technical architecture of an enterprise product or SaaS platform end to end

You will work within a specialist service delivery team, engaging directly with customers to configure solutions, support migrations, and produce quality technical documentation.

This role is suited to someone early in their M365 career who is eager to grow through structured delivery engagements, develop deep product knowledge, and progressively take ownership of customer workstreams

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deliver M365 implementation engagements end-to-end, including configuration, testing, and handover.
• Assist with customer onboarding, workload migrations, and service transitions across M365 workloads.
• Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Online (mail flow, connectors, transport rules, hybrid considerations).
• Deploy and support Microsoft Teams governance policies, meeting configurations, and telephony settings.
• Implement SharePoint Online site structures, permissions, and information architecture.
• Configure Microsoft Purview compliance features — DLP policies, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and compliance settings.
• Support Microsoft Defender for Office 365 configurations — Safe Links, Safe Attachments, anti-phishing, and threat policies.
• Produce customer-ready documentation: configuration guides, change requests, implementation records, and handover packs.
• Liaise with customers to gather requirements, communicate status, and manage expectations throughout delivery.
• Follow established delivery frameworks, SOPs, change management processes, and escalation paths.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in IT, with hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 administration or implementation.
• Working knowledge of one or more M365 workloads: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Purview, or Defender for Office 365.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra ID basics (user management, licensing, permissions).
• Comfortable in customer-facing environments: clear communicator, professional, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to produce structured, clear technical documentation with minimal rework.
• Basic PowerShell scripting for M365 administration tasks is an advantage.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Microsoft certifications (any): MS-900, MS-102, SC-400 — preferred, not mandatory.
• Exposure to Microsoft Purview compliance features (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 threat policies and reporting.
• Experience with email gateway technologies (e.g. Proofpoint, Mimecast) is a plus.
• Exposure to tenant-to-tenant or cross-platform migrations (Exchange, SharePoint) is advantageous.

You will be required to carry out schematic designs proposals and coordination management of enhancement works for existing MRT station buildings and related infrastructure, from conceptualization to construction. You will be involved in projects to promote quality architectural design and a sustainable transport environment. Specifically you will be involved in preparation of tender specifications / execute feasibility studies/documentation / liaises and coordinate with consultants and contractor/ design and site management of the architectural aspect of the projects. You will also be required to write proposal funding papers, prepare and make presentations. You will also be responsible to review developer’s building plan submissions and contractor’s shop drawings.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in architectural design and practice
• Good knowledge of BIM, CAD software (incl. AutoCAD, Sketchup, micro station and Revit) and functional drafting capability
• Able to communicate ideas and concepts well via writing and speaking
• Able to work in multi-disciplinary team
• Interest in design and problem solving
• Experience in rail projects will be an advantage
• Able to multi task and with good time management skill

Requirements:

• A holder of Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture
• Experienced in relevant industry for a minimum of 1 year with proficiency in design
• Excellent in graphics, strong at design and skillful in communicating effectively
• Experienced in Resort / Urban design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, Enscape and MS Office
• Experienced in working overseas or in an international environment would be an advantage
• Responsible, mature, self-motivated, resourceful, a team player and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
