• 8–10 years of overall IT experience with 4–7 years in Information Security and minimum 4+ years in enterprise Vulnerability Management.
• Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end Vulnerability Management programs in large enterprise environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of vulnerability assessment and remediation across:
• Operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux)
• Networks and infrastructure
• Databases and application servers
• Ability to analyze vulnerabilities, assess risk exposure, and prioritize remediation using a risk-based approach.
• Hands-on experience with Tenable (Nessus) SecurityCenter or equivalent vulnerability scanning tools in large-scale environments.
• Familiarity with threat and vulnerability intelligence and its application to enterprise security operations.
• Strong understanding of security reporting requirements at both technical and management levels.
• Hands-on experience creating reports, dashboards, and trend analysis using:
• Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• BI tools such as Power BI or similar
• Ability to present insights in a clear, structured, and business-relevant manner.

Position Overview

As an Engineer, IT Infrastructure you will provide technical support, implementation, and maintenance of Vantage’s enterprise IT infrastructure. You will work on system configurations, troubleshooting, and operational tasks to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient infrastructure systems. This role focuses on applying technical skills to support enterprise platforms and maintain high availability of critical IT services.

Essential Job Functions

• Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting infrastructure systems.

• Support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.

• Assist with infrastructure integration and ensure proper data flow across applications.

• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement technical solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.

• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security, escalating issues as needed.

• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for infrastructure platforms.

• Follow IT policies, security protocols, and compliance requirements in all activities.

• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• 2–5 years of IT experience in system administration, infrastructure engineering, or technical support roles.

• Technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure platforms including networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with data governance, security standards, and compliance requirements.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• English language proficiency is required, including the ability to speak, read, and write at a business level, due to collaboration with a global team.
