Key Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Michelin-Star Guest Experiences

• Lead the dining room team in delivering personalized, intuitive and memorable guest experiences aligned with Michelin-star and luxury hospitality standards.
• Drive service excellence through attention to detail, anticipation of guest needs and effective service recovery.
• Maintain compliance with LQA standards, Accor luxury service culture and restaurant service rituals.
• Build strong relationships with returning guests, VIPs and loyalty members.

Oversee Fine Dining Operations

• Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, service flow, staffing deployment and outlet readiness.
• Collaborate closely with the Culinary and Sommelier teams to ensure seamless execution of the guest journey.
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety and operational excellence.
• Conduct daily briefings, coaching sessions and ongoing service training.

Drive Business Performance

• Monitor labour productivity, operating costs and revenue performance to achieve financial targets.
• Support menu engineering, upselling initiatives and guest engagement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Analyse guest feedback and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Lead, Develop & Inspire the Team

• Coach, mentor and develop service professionals to deliver consistent world-class hospitality.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous learning.
• Support recruitment, talent development and succession planning within the outlet.

Collaborate as a Hotel Leadership Partner

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Champion workplace safety, compliance and luxury service standards.
• Act as a role model and ambassador for JAAN, Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a fine dining, luxury restaurant, or upscale hotel environment.
• Experience within a Michelin-starred, award-winning, or luxury hospitality setting is highly preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities, ensuring efficient utilization of manpower, equipment and materials.
• Supervise production personnel and provide guidance to ensure smooth workflow and operational discipline.
• Monitor production output, productivity, wastage and downtime, escalating issues where necessary.
• Support production planning and scheduling activities to meet customer demand and operational requirements.

Quality, Food Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Conduct routine checks on production processes, hygiene practices and operational controls.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to investigate production and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of production, quality and food safety records.

Inventory & Material Coordination

• Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials and production supplies.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages, discrepancies or wastage.
• Support inventory control activities and stock reconciliation related to production operations.

Process Improvement

• Assist in reviewing and improving production processes, SOPs and work instructions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, automation projects and operational enhancement programs.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for production-related issues.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise, coach and support production supervisors, team leaders and operators.
• Assist with manpower planning, staff scheduling and workforce allocation.
• Conduct on-the-job training and ensure employees are competent in operational procedures and food safety requirements.

Equipment &Facilities

• Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and production downtime is minimized.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure production facilities are maintained in a clean, organized and safe condition.

Workplace Safety

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and promote safe work practices on the production floor.
• Participate in safety initiatives, incident investigations and corrective action implementation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum3–5 years of experience in food production, manufacturing or operations, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience leading production teams.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.
• Experience in production planning, manpower coordination and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP or production management systems.

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented AP/AR Assistant to support finance operations by processing transactions accurately, maintaining records, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely payments and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately to support financial operations
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and payment vouchers to facilitate billing and collections
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances to maintain cash flow
• Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records for audit readiness
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities to support financial reporting
• Organize and maintain proper filing of financial documents for easy retrieval and compliance

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial processing and analysis
