Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experienc in Facility Mechanical systems
• Wafer fab facility mechanical systems design, operation and maintenance experience.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcome.
• Strong leadership and people management experience, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide teams towards achieving business goals and project milestones.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• As Subject Matter Expert responsible for UPW / Wastewater Treatment systems including design, operations, maintenance, testing and commissioning, improvements, training programs and projects when needed.
• Ensure a safe and optimal performance, reliability and efficiency of these systems throughout the facility’s lifecycle.
• These systems shall include but not limited to the following e.g. UPW sub-systems, water treatment and reclaim systems etc.
• Perform any other additional technical functions as directed by management.
