Responsibilities

The Executive supports NIE’s institutional communications and stakeholder engagement efforts across hospitality relations, media relations, and integrated marketing. The roles contributes to delivering meaningful guest experiences, strengthening NIE’s public visibility, and supporting branding and alumni initiatives through coordinated communications and operational support.

Media Relations

• Assist in pitching story ideas to local and international media to raise NIE’s visibility and profile.
• Support media engagement activities including responding to queries, issuing media releases, and coordinating interviews.

Hospitality Relations

• Support the management of official visits to NIE, contributing to guest experience and institutional relationship-building.

We are seeking a proactive IT Administrator to manage the digital infrastructure and security for our corporate office and 6 clinical sites. You will lead our Google Workspace strategy, enforce "Zero Trust" security, ensure strict PDPA compliance, and drive operational efficiency by implementing AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Workspace, Identity & Security

• Admin & Governance: Manage OUs, Groups, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Security Hardening: Implement MFA, Context-Aware Access, and MDM policies to secure clinical data on all company mobile devices and workstations.
