Position Summary
The Accounting Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the Finance & Accounting team and gain hands-on experience across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes within a global, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP)

• Assist in processing vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to approval workflows in NetSuite.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation; flag discrepancies for follow-up.
• Support the review and processing of employee expense reports and reimbursements.
• Help maintain vendor master records, including W-9 / tax documentation and banking details.
• Assist in preparing weekly payment runs and tracking outstanding payables.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• • Support customer invoice generation, distribution, and follow-up in NetSuite.
• • Assist in cash application and reconciliation of customer payments to outstanding invoices.

• • Support the preparation of monthly customer statements and account reconciliations.

General Ledger (GL) & Month-End Close

• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.

• Support fixed asset register maintenance, including additions, disposals, and depreciation tracking.

Other Support
