Drive improvements in user acquisition, engagement, and retention to maximise product impact and value.

5. Data-Driven Product Decision Making

Establish and maintain a robust product analytics and monitoring framework. Regularly analyse user behaviour data, product feature performance, and monetisation metrics to identify insights, user needs, and potential issues. Use data-driven insights to refine product strategy, prioritise iterations, and optimise monetisation models to improve core product KPIs.

6. Monetisation & Business Growth

Lead the design and execution of product monetisation strategies, such as subscription models, value-added services, and API partnerships. Requirements

1. Experience

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years leading AI-related products.

This development of the HHP Data System is jointly supported by RIE TRUST Office, Biomedical Data Hub (BDH) and National Cohort Office (NCO), and supported by a HHP Data System Joint Team.

RIE TRUST Office (RTO)

Established to enable the strategic use of data by Singapore’s RIE ecosystem in a manner that engenders public trust. Through supporting data-driven research, it aims to drive scientific excellence, strengthen national research innovation capabilities and competitiveness, as well as create impactful solutions. The Office will coordinate and implement the RIE Data System, comprising harmonised data governance frameworks and interoperable data infrastructures to enable data research. HHP Data System Joint Team is responsible for 

HHP Joint Planning and Coordination

1. Work with HHP Data Ecosystem leads to develop and oversee strategies, priorities and initiatives for HHP Data System. They include but are not limited to:

• Improve discoverability of HHP Ecosystem data through harmonised and interoperable HHP Ecosystem metadata catalogue.

• Uplift research data quality and curation efforts which include but are not limited to automated solutions adoption, data standards determination, curation training strategy.  

• Development of a coordinated HHP Ecosystem network comprising of data generators, nodes, and exchange platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Develop and maintain technical standards, specifications, and best practices for construction projects
• Provide expert technical guidance to project teams, engineers, and site managers
• Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings

Design & Engineering Oversight

• Liaise with consultants, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues
• Review design proposals for constructability, cost efficiency, and buildability
• Manage value engineering and technical risk assessments

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes
• Lead internal technical audits and inspections

Project Support

• Troubleshoot complex technical problems during construction
• Support tendering by reviewing technical proposals and construction methods
• Provide technical input for claims, variations, and disputes

Innovation & Improvement

• Drive the adoption of new construction technologies, materials, and methods
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives and technical training programs

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction or engineering
• Proven experience in senior technical or leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety standards

This position leads the strategic planning, governance, and operation of IT for the India Division.

Responsible for evaluating existing systems in SMBC Group and planning new system architecture to maximize the business performance of India Division then transforming in alignment with SMBC’s global system architecture while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for IT resource planning, and support organization development. 

A key focus is on developing the inter-company communication and collaboration (with SMICC IT function) and India IT Division in SMBC Group.

IT Governance: 

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards specific to the India country operations.
• Ensure compliance with SMBC Group IT policies, industry standards, and RBI regulatory requirements.
• Establish governance bodies such as IT steering committees to improve collaboration with India subsidiaries, like SMICC
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting IT governance.

Strategic IT Planning: 

• Working with Lead of ID-ITG to develop and implement IT strategy aligned with SMBC Global IT and India Division business priorities.
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT stakeholders in APAC and HO to identify technology needs and propose IT initiatives prioritization
• Drive technology and architecture alignement where possible across Indian entities
• Developing Technology budget in line with the laid down business and technology strategy. Budget tracking and refresh on an ongoing basis as a response to changing demand and drive cost efficiencies across the technology landscape.

Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure IT operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal audit requirements.
• Coordinate IT audits and implement remediation plans for any identified gaps.

Project and Portfolio Management:

• Oversee project governance to ensure delivery excellence, scope control, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Track and report on IT project portfolio status, risks, and benefits realization
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and vendor relationships.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as a key liaison between HO IT, APAC IT, Indian subsidiaries  and external partners.
• Communicate IT governance and planning updates to senior management and executive leadership.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years experience in IT strategy, system planning, and governance frameworks (e.g.COBIT) within financial services industry (Singapore and/or India preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with the Group companies.
• Hands‑on experience with legal entity transformation in regulated markets.
• Familiarity with Regulators (eg.RBI/SEBI) and knowledge of DR/BCP and information security controls.
• Proven cross‑functional and cross‑border leadership; vendor negotiation and portfolio governance.
