Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with government agencies and industry stakeholders to implement effective measures against scam calls, messages, and other digital threats.

· Support the development and execution of strategies to engage international regulators and facilitate cross-border cooperation to tackle scams at their source.

· Conduct horizon scanning on emerging anti-scam technologies, trends, and network defence measures, and assess their impact on regulatory and market policies.

· Provide policy advisory support to internal business units on existing frameworks and new policy areas within the telecommunications and media landscape.

Requirements

· Background in Computer Science, Social Sciences, Mass Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in operations policy, public policy, or technology policy roles within the public or private sector. (Job grade will be commensurate with experience.)

· Strong interest in anti-scam initiatives, with a good understanding of telecommunications operators and internet service provider ecosystems.

• Support the project management needs of APEX engineering team, including planning, prioritization, and process definition.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for AI/ML/Data based technical products.
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).

Preferred qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience managing complex data operations critical to LLM training, including defining, curating, and evaluating large-scale datasets.

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute global marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth. This role will focus on B2B marketing across POS hardware, Android smart commercial devices, and business IoT solutions.

1. Brand & Strategy

• Develop and execute global/regional marketing strategies aligned with business goals

2. Demand Generation & Growth

• Plan and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads (online & offline)
• Work closely with sales teams to support pipeline building and conversion

3. Digital Marketing

• Oversee digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid campaigns
• Optimize marketing funnels and track performance metrics (ROI, CPL, conversion rates)
• Drive content marketing initiatives (case studies, whitepapers, product content)

4. Product Marketing

• Translate product features into clear value propositions for target industries
• Support sales enablement with marketing materials, presentations, and tools
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research

5. Events & Partnerships

• Plan and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and partner events
• Collaborate with distributors, partners, and ecosystem players
• Strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders

6. Team & Cross-functional Collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing ( hardware, SaaS, or tech industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
• Experience in global or regional marketing (APAC preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
• Excellent communication skills
