Position Summary

We are seeking an Application Engineer with a diploma in engineering or other relevant work experience to support our regional strategic accounts team. Network Engineer (Contract)

HP’s Digital Solutions team is looking for a Singapore based post sales technical Customer Success Specialist to join the team to help customers implement HP’s software solutions with a focus on DEX and endpoint security. While the role is primarily post-sales, this candidate will also assist in strategic presales technical activities with prospects and ensure that customers are properly supported after the sale is made. The ideal candidate understands Microsoft Windows endpoints, Azure, Intune, and has experience with service delivery.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Serve as the customer’s post-sales HP Digital Solutions expert.

• Work to ensure that HP products are properly integrated with existing customer tool sets.

• Be the customer’s voice internally, airing their feature requests, support issues, and concerns, and championing them to solution.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid experience in services delivery involving endpoint solutions.

• Technical understanding of endpoint solutions and how these solutions are managed.

• Customer-facing experience including understanding of customer success for software-based services.

• Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both within the customer organization and within HP.

• Technical knowledge of software deployment tools & techniques such as SCCM, Intune, PowerShell scripting, etc.

• At least 5+ years related technical experience developing, implementing, managing, and sustaining Enterprise IT systems.

• Good understanding of Windows endpoint OS and OS management.

• Hands on experience with deploying, troubleshooting, and updating endpoint software.

• Comfort communicating, navigating, and sustaining relationships at all levels within targeted accounts

• Bachelor of Sciences: Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or relevant experience.

APAC Network Services Internal Networks team is responsible for end-to-end engineering and deployment of network infrastructure services within Bank of America. In this role, you will design, implement, and support enterprise grade network infrastructure across routing, switching, wireless, and remote access technologies. You will play a key part in ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance connectivity across our global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hands-on implementation, engineering, and deployment of new services into production.

• Ability to design and validate secure network flows across DMZ zones, NAT, and DMZ ingress/egress patterns

• Experience in vulnerability remediation and risk mitigation in DMZ environments

• Experience in network analytics through packet capture (Sniffer) analysis and end system diagnostics (Netscout).

• Expertise in creating Application and network diagrams including all pertinent flows and decisions.

• Capability to summarize complex issues into executive summaries.
