We are looking for an experienced Avaloq Certified Professional to join an established Avaloq delivery team with a strong focus on defect analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation in an existing Avaloq implementation.

Key Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will join the Monitoring and Supporting Cognitive Health in the Community project. This project focuses on the development and deployment of an AI-powered mobile platform designed to assess, monitor, and support cognitive health during real-world navigation. The platform integrates cognitive and navigation assessments, smartphone sensor data, and AI-driven conversational agents.

A central component of the project is the development of a robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile application ecosystem across iOS, Android, and web platforms. The Software Engineer will play a key role in building and maintaining this system, enabling real-time interaction, data collection, and AI-driven feedback. Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of a cross-platform mobile and web application for cognitive health monitoring and support.

Working within a highly multidisciplinary team across the Singapore-ETH Centre (SEC), NUS, and NTU, the Software Engineer will collaborate closely with researchers, designers, and clinicians to translate research prototypes into reliable and scalable software systems.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining mobile applications for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), as well as contributing to the web-based frontend (ReactJS) and backend services (NodeJS). The candidate will implement features enabling user interaction with AI-driven conversational agents, integrate APIs and sensor data pipelines, and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.

The role also involves optimizing app performance, ensuring data security and privacy, and supporting deployment and testing in real-world environments. Selection Criteria

Strong programming skills and hands-on experience in modern software development are essential. In particular, candidates must have experience in:
