About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Manager to lead and oversee all technical aspects of our renovation and interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget — while managing site teams, subcontractors, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution of residential and/or commercial renovation projects from pre-construction to handover
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, M&E drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure technical accuracy
